Thanks Birdie! I think Dinah must be saving about £10 a minute the way her total is looking!
That's just over a month as well - with a bit of back savings before that. Makes it seem possible to get to £1,000 before the end of the month?

Just been looking at Avon lady stuff, would be able to join to get a bit more money in after my birthday, don't know if anyone in my area would be too fussed over Avon though!

I think Avon's becoming a little cooler, I have quite a bit of their stuff now (the shampoo is the best ever! I get it when it's on offer for £1 a bottle and it is loads better than stuff I'd pay £6 for!). Anyhoo, if we didn't already have an Avon lady at work and in the local area I'd do it but I don't think I'd get much business until these ladies hang up their lipsticks!

I was just looking at the shampoo - 98p (must be because of VAT?) glad to hear it's good! Was just about to look for reviews on it. Will wait until I have a bigger order to buy them though.

We don't have an avon lady on my street - main street with big over priced houses - but I figure that's why no one here wants Avon, unless they're ditching their chanel any time soon.

The one on the sale is black I think. Not sure about black for a wedding, sending out a few mixed messages, lol. Beautiful dress though.

Maybe you just don't have an Avon lady because no-one has thought to do it? I think that what with the credit crunch people may be more open to Avon, it's good stuff at a good price.

I use the Intense Repair shampoo and conditioner and the hair mask and it's all super, my hair is pretty mad and it really makes it smooth and shiny. Even my Mum who will happily spend £15 a bottle for Molton Brown shampoo and conditioner has been converted to Avon!

Off home now, thank goodness! I've been feeling a bit grotty all afternoon and I really just want my sofa but I've got the in-laws coming for dinner so I've got to cook and entertain!

Thanks ladies for all your best wishes, I have been rubbish at school today it's a good job ofsted aren't in or my lessons wouldn't have past. Spent most of the day projecting pictures of Amber to each of my classes.

Hello everyone!
Today has just been one of those days. Do you ever wish you hadnt bothered to get up in the morning?
My car has got to take a trip into the garage after a learner driver crashed into it whilst parked at the side of the road - i felt bad for her as she was obviously very upset but at the same time i was fuming! Anyway got the instructors insurance details but its just the hassle of it really!
