    Good Morning!

I think that's the best DOTD so far! You're obviously much better at finding them than me!

Glad you had a good weekend CMD! I could do with getting away, especially as all of this holiday talk is giving me itchy feet!

Congratulations on the grand daughter ROTE! I'm glad I can't smell that new baby smell, I don't think I could take it; I would spontaneously combust of broodiness!

Huge congrats to you and your daughter ROTE. Love the name Amber, my dad's goddaughter is called Amber, her parents didn't get why everyone found it funny considering her daddy is a traffic warden!

NIM stayed up late last night discussing his police application with my dad, I even fell asleep. Going to wake him at 10.30 or so as he needs to get it finished this afternoon. Another friend of ours has apparently applied too, which suprised me a little to be honest, not that she'd not suit the job, but that she's really anti-fitness, and a (no offense intended to anyone) pretty big girl, and I just can't see her doing the physical fitness tests. The written aspect she'd be great at though.

Watching the yoga channel on tv till NIM gets up to pick up tips! I like this version of yoga better, they have weights and no meditation.

No real money news today, still waiting to organise the accounts and then all my signitures will get updated!

My friend's dad is a police officer and he's very overweight, she claims that he always manages to pass the fitness tests though so it makes you wonder how easy they are!

We've had some good money news, OH is getting paid from work now as his manager has managed to pull some strings so that's a big weight off our shoulders! It's payday on friday though and it is too short notice for them to put his pay through so he'll not get paid until our next payday on April 10th but that's OK, we can manage until April so it's all good!

    Yo Everyone

I have been nice and good doing (some) of my daily clicks, onepoll etc. By this time next week I'll be crushed under the weight of email and postal spam, with the amount of dodgy sites I'm signing up to!

No news from the uni about my interview still. However the Prof from Lancaster is back from America end of March for a couple of days and wants to meet, which is great. However, all the money I don't have seems to be pouring out - £35 for conference ticket, £60 train to Lancaster, perhaps also a hotel to stay in, unless I take the 5am train from London? Also £15 for a transcript of my results and £35 to apply to LSE. Which wipes out my birthday money and more. Time to ebay everything that's not nailed down!

There's a few MSs I could do on the weekend, they're reimbursements. Does that mean you get the full amount listed back, or just what it says on your receipt?

Today I'm going to cycle down to my old uni in South London to pick up the transcript. It's a really nice ride through Canary Wharf, down past the old docks and through Greenwich park, so I think I'll take a packed lunch. I'm finding the slow progress on the uni front a bit stressful, so it will be good to get out of the house.

    Have a good day

Sounds a bit crummy money wise for you, I hope you get your interview soon!

Enjoy your bike ride, if it is anything the weather here you'll have a lovely day! I'm feeling a bit cooped up now looking at the sunshine outside!

Depends on the company Lara. With Gap you get the full ammount listed in the reimbursement regardless of if it costs that much, with RE you get however much you spend up to the reimbursement limit so it's worth spending the full amount and getting something nicer. You can always ebay the item if you don't want it as most won't let you return items.
