Nice to meet you helnag, and good luck with clearing your debts. Feel free to hang around, I find it a whole lot easier to focus on clearing the debts knowing I have this lot to report to if I fail!

Lol, I don't think 'fail' is in your vocabulary!

Exciting about your hols, that's not long at all! I've just come back from job centre and gym (yuk) I do feel good about doing lots of exercise but don't think I've lost any weight. But they always say that weight isn't always the best guide and you should take measurements and stuff. If your clothes are feeling looser, that's a very good sign!

Gloating just a little aye? :rotfl:

You have more willpower than me!! I dont know how you can be bothered to go after being at work all day - we now establish the real reason i cancelled my gym membership, doesnt really make it worth it when you only go once a week :D

Oh if I'm paying for something I make the most of it, it's sheer stubborness! It's a bit addictive in a way, like how much more flexible I'm becoming, and how flat my tummy is getting! Plus yoga and pilates give me energy. Even going to a second yoga class this week, after mocking it last week for being easy, it was quite relaxing!

Sorry there's no DOTD today! I'll get one for you tomorrow! I've been spending my afternoon on the Old Style board looking for cheap meals as our £80 food shop last week has nearly run out already! Eeek! I must meal plan, I've printed off lots of menus so I hope it helps!

I really need to sort myself out with food and exercise as my clothes are feeling a little tight now, I don't suppose all the biscuits are helping! I was good today and turned down the biscuits being handed around the office... although I did eat a packet of hula hoops! Small steps eh?!

Off home in 10 minutes to practise a MS meal I found, wish me luck!
