I think I'd like the sash in cream too, but if I was allowed to have a pink theme (which is very unlikely!) I'd like the sash to tie me in with everything else! I'm a pink girl anyway so I'd have to have something pink!

That's not even a nice pink though really, bit mucky. Used to think I would like my wedding theme to be all white, nice and clean, but then I realised that I would end up with loads of muckky shades of white, and also it'd look a bit like a morman wedding!

I fancy daffodils for my bouquet - they're so cheerful!

They're very delivate aren't they? They're my mums favourite flower but we seem to get through them in our house quicker than we do pints of milk! Pretty and fresh though, I hate those forced little balls of flowers people seem to go for at weddings.

I always think they look so happy like they're singing at the tops of their voices. i cen never decide between a bouquet of them or some long stemmed white lillies. They're very elegant, but the trouble is, I don't know if I can pull off elegant. I'd be better with the big honking yellow ones!

I don't think I could be bothered with a huge fancy bouquet, it seems like such a waste of money! Think I'll just get a little bouquet of pretty little roses or something and wrap it up myself. I'd think about Daffodils if it was a spring wedding, they're available for free from my parents garden so it will be very MSE!

I've always wanted a brightly coloured wedding, too much white is a bit stark and cold IMO and I'm so pale that I'd just blend in with the background! I think I'll confuse OH so much about colour schemes that he'll let me have pink just to shut me up!

Not yet, we haven't really had a chance to think about it! I don't see us setting a date until later this year, we need to figure out a budget and what we want to do (big do? small do? elope?). I'm going to enter every 'win a wedding' competiton I see!

A collegue at work was engaged on Christmas day, by the time she returned to work on the 2nd January she'd bought the dress, set the date, booked the venue and been to speak to the minister! You thinking long engagement or sometime next year? (assume not this year at this stage?)

Wow, that's good going from your colleague! My best friend kept saying organising her wedding was really straightforward and she couldn't see what everyone else makes such a fuss about. I guess it's as stressful as you make it.
