    Morning all.

Where has my money gone?! It's only 6 days since pay day and I'm already £900 down! Leaves me with about £28.50 a day, thank God I'm off work for 7 days in the next 16 working days, should save me about £60 on petrol.

Managed to black out at the gym last night. Have come to the conclusion eating lunch at noon then exercising at 7pm is too great a gap, so have a banana sandwich for 5pm today when I set off to the gym.

NIMs grandads funeral today, he's reading the eulegie (say it phonetically, I can't spell it). Spoke to him this morning he seems to be holding up okay. Be good to have him back though.

Looking forward to my thursday and friday off this week, hoping to get some painting in although I'm silly busy. Thursday I have the doctors at 9am for Egypt, Yoga at 11.30-1pm, Pilates 1pm-2pm, then two MSs for banks in the area in the afternoon (£12 fee each). Although only going to do one of them if NIM is working, as I don't know the area of the other one and I'm panicy about parking the car. Friday is looking free so far, although think I'm going up to Newcastle on the evening. However, as NIMs car isn't getting the work done to pass the MOT till Saturday his isn't driveable until then as it has no road tax till it passes, so going to have to run him about too/lend him my car.

I have two savings jars, a terramundi for all £2 coins NIM or I get, and a penguin for all loose change under 50p that is in our wallets at the end of the day. Don't know what we're saving for though! All I know is the terramundi was mispriced at £1.69 on ebay instead of the usual £16.99, however it is pale blue and says 'baby' on it. Certainly not saving for that!

Ooooh just logged on RE on NIMs account and there were two jobs for Dublin airport, coming to £32 between them in fees, but someone else just got them. Would have been nice but never mind.

haha - you never know Dinah! :D

My terramundi has about £2 in the bottom of it now as I've been niggling away at it. Will be getting rid off it soon and putting whatever's left into a smaller money box- it takes up too much room! Me and OH put all our change into a big tub last year from July - November and saved up £120 (covered our caravan in December)

Hope you're feeling okay after blacking out. A banana sandwich sounds good, lots of energy and pretty easy on the stomach. Seems like you've got a pretty busy Thursday! Blimey, my only plan is to eat cake

OH is getting stir crazy over what I've got him for his birthday, won't type it as I'm paranoid he'll find out and I've been so good not telling him! But you all know what it is. Is it wrong I find it funny when he's freaking out?

He sounds like he needs control a bit more than the norm! Let him stew, it'll be good for him!

Eek, blacking out in the gym isn't good Dinah. I'm not surprised though if you hadn't eaten for 7 hours!

I save £2 coins in my lovely owl moneybox I got from a car boot sale, they mount up really quickly actually, especially when you watch what other people are getting in their change and 'buy' them of them for 2 x £1s! (Friends and rellies I hasten to add, not the person in front of you in Tescos!)

Just mananged to get some tickets to Beamish (for any northerners looking for a cheap day out) for £5 each (normally £6 in winter and £16 in summer!) as they're doing some kind of new feature preview on weekends in March, OH and I are taking Dad for his birthday - he'll be 62 so it'll bring back memories for him :p Here's the link if anyone's interested: http://www.beamish.org.uk/Ticket-Office-Shop/EventShop.aspx :T Ooh, I love a bargain!
