I've only been once on a school trip when I was about 10 and can't remember that much about it. OH mentioned something about a sweet shop and ice cream though!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0

Just had a look, unfortunately the farm, manor house, fair etc apparently isn't open in the winter season, don't think I could fill a whole day with just the town bit! Will have to hope an offer comes up over the summer (or borrow my dads museums worker discount card!)Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Oh my lord Tete, you shouldn't of shown me that!! Will text my mum and ask her if she fancies going. Been wanting to go to Beamish for ages, perfect excuse, right?
Perfect! Although if you're coming a long way Cinny and haven't been before, I think only half of the place is open in winter, you might want to check...

From what I've been reading, Tesco clubcard vouchers might work for there, not sure. I think the colliery bit is open too on these days as the Lamp thing they're previewing is in thereNot sure, we'll see!

Oooh I forgot about the colliery completely. But then I'm terrified of enclosed spaces so won't be going down there again!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

The last time I went to Beamish it was with my Dad and he got really upset because it was drizzling and the railway decided it was too wet to run the train! He's a train spotter and had an argument with the driver about the trains not stopping for rain in the old days!
I got out there as quickly as I could! LOL!
Anyone up for a DOTD?Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0 -

Liking the skirt and the material of the DOTD, but not a fan of the sash either. Maybe in cream rather than pink.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Have fun Cinny, don't go too mad!
Haha, your Dad sounds ace Birdie! I really like the shape of the skirt part of DOTD, and I like the idea of a bit of colour, just perhaps not that colour or that style of sash - I think that's in a bit of a funny place!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0
