I see it's National Trust though so I doubt they'd sell it to you!!

Not even if I asked really really nicely? I wouldn't get rid of his cigars, I promise!

To get married at Chartwell?! I think I'd pass out. Although it would fit in very nicely with my head plan to have my honeymoon in Kent.. hmm. That's one for the scrapbook!

The tea room is amazing, if only!

I'm off! Going to the cinema to see Bolt 3D as I'm vair mature and grown up and mature. Have a nice day everyone, good luck with getting the keys Birdie!

Oooh, had a look at Chartwell (isn't the internet amazing? I can't believe how information used to only be available in books!) and it looks lovely! A wedding there will be lovely, but I don't like the whole 'Price on application' thing, sounds pricey!

I'm another one who gets really homesick, my Mum has been joking that we're going to have to get web cams so we can see each other every day! OH wants to go to America for a year at some point in the future to teach rubgy at a college and I love the idea but I'll be a blubbering homesick mess whilst I'm there! At least I'll be with him so it may help a bit! I laughed at Tete's fish and chip cravings!

Our flat is a new build. We don't love new builds but it was all we could afford and it means we don't have to spend all of our time and money doing it up, right now we need somewhere we can move straight into and live in!

Enjoy Bolt Cinny! I've seen it already but really want to see it in 3D!:T

    Chartwell is lovely, Cinny.

The house you chose looks great Dinah, and so cheap! In London that would get you a 2 bed flat with no garden in zone 2

Birdie - got my fingers crossed for your completion today!! Cool!

Tete that's so funny about fish and chips.

Good news from me - I got a meeting with a potential supervisor on Monday. I had to send him 2 pieces of work from my MA. Reading them back they sounded rubbish! Hope they don't ruin my chances ...

Nice one about Lancaster roomontheend - I knew somebody on here was from around there. Is it nice? It would be cool to be so near the countryside again, I've been in London for 9 years  and could do with a change ... OH wouldn't come, so I would still have to come back on the weekends, but I reckon it would be ok.

All the wedding talk is making me daydream about dresses and diamonds! It's no good for me.

I'm crossing my fingers for you Lara!

And daydream away, it's every girl's prerogative!

My solicitors called about an hour and half ago to say that the money has come through and they're just sorting the completion stuff. Getting a bit antsy now as I want my keys now!

I don't want to live with a boy again actually! They're messy, cluttered, never as helpful as before you moved in with them, and suddenly all the yukky habits come out of the woodwork
