I think the reason I didn't like it the last time I was a member was because I went mid morning (I worked 2-10pm for 6 months last year) and the gym was a bit rubbish, they had TMF on the TVs but the music came from rubbish 'Pump it Up' style CDs so you couldn't watch the TV and forget what you were doing. I don't like getting tired and sweaty either! The gym BF wants to join is a new one so I hope that it is going to be better! He's also applied for a job there, I hope he gets it so I can get a super cheap membership!

I've never really earned less than £800 per month.

And you STILL managed to rack up almost £16k debt?! Almost a dubious achievement in itself!!

And stop with the 12 bashing :( it is NOT FAT . Unless you're about 4'6". Actually on Monday the Doc said I'd only put on 2lb since August which is apparently really good over winter. I thought I'd put more on but I never weigh myself, just go on how I feel. Probably all my nice toned muscles turned to blubber :o

  • i meant to say aswell that since u are a member of dooyoo and toluna have u though about putting ur dooyoo stuff on toluna -They give points for opinions that are 80 words plus up to 5000 points worth a month(100 points per opinion?).That would help with toluna anyway. The only thing i have problems with is that when i try to put my longer reviews on toluna it crashes so i tend to make them shorter than the dooyoo ones.

I didn't say it was fat - just that I don't feel comfortable and I like being smaller. Plus I can't afford to buy new clothes so need to fit into my old ones. And the old high blood pressure chestnut means I really NEED to exercise in order that I don't have to have babies yesterday if I want them at all.

Debt came from supporting the ex who wouldnt work, and through not getting that £600 was a lot of money, so spending £300 on an evening online impulse shopping without realising

In which case you'd be very gifted in the middle!

I'm actually a 'size 13' depending where I get my clothes I'm either a size 12 or 14. Lord help me if I want to order offline! I buy something in a 14 and it's too big, so I'll get it in a 12 and it's too small  I actually think there is a shop that does inbetween sizes, need to look that up. Ruddy shops.
  • Somewhere's just launched a whole range of odd sizes Cinny... I think it's a supermarket, do Sainsbury's have a clothing range? Maybe it was M&S? Can't remember, wish I was better at retaining information... I'm terrible as a gossip!

That used to be me Cinny, then I lost some weight and became a size 11! Just like I'm a 6 1/2 shoe and hardly anyone does half sizes any more! I'm destined to be in clothes and shoes that never fit quite right! LOL!

I understand what you mean Dinah, I've been all sizes and I know when I'm too big for me as I start to feel uncomfortable and it makes me miserable. I'm just nudging that size now so I need to sort myself out. I think that body shape and size is such a personal issue, what feels bad on you may be perfect for someone else. I get fed up of people saying I'm too skinny to diet when I feel fat and uncomfortable. I think part of it too is that I get bigger because I eat rubbish and that makes me feel bad on the inside IYKWIM!
