When I went to Holland we stopped off at some trenches and the WW2 graveyards. It's just amazing how silent they are, I can't help thinking though if they were in England they'd be completely trashed by now.

Some coach holiday people do week long 'war time' trips. I don't think I could handle that much though, I'd rather go see one thing then spend the end of the holiday going to happy places, eating strudel and stuff!

I'd ring for you birdie but I have the voice of a 12 year old and they'd think I was the Fonejacker or something! I've been calling Rich Frank for the past 4 years, no idea why really but I'm starting to finally call him Richard now.

If OH reads this he'll think all I do here is moan about him!

I know what you mean!! If OH ever read what i say about him sometimes he would think that i hate him :rotfl: (just for the record i dont! I love him very much :D ). The only thing i would change about him is his attitude towards money, but baby steps at a time!

LOL@ Cinny and Flower! One day our men will have evolved to be as good as us!

I think Frank's a good name, I just call my Rich either Richard or Richie. He hates both names mwahahaha!

My Dad wants to go on an old mans war bus trip. He took us around all the memorials when we went to Northern France until Mum and I put our feet down and said 'No more!'. His retirement dream is to have a burger van near one of the memorials so all the visitors desperate for a good bacon sandwich after eating French breakfasts can get one!

My dads retirement dream is to ride a motorbike across China with mum on the back. Last time he in some way attempted this was on honeymoon in Malta, when he managed to drop the motorbike on mums leg, the hot tail pipe caused such damage she couldnt kneel down for about 10 years and in the end needed surgery! Somehow I think he'll be going alone!

Haha, a bacon sandwich in France sounds something my Dad would go for!

I might try Richie, I used to wind him up by calling him Alfie (middle name's Alfred) but he started to like it so I stopped. He tries to hit back by calling me Katie but I just don't answer so he doesn't get far.

Just had dinner - everyone was in the kitchen so I couldn't read my book. Instead I got builder banter which put me off my chippies!

Yey! Just got another MS for Sunday at the same place as the supermarket. Have to make a purchase of up to £5 too, only £5 fee but I'm going to be there anyway so I'm happy enough, which is great as Pushka has eaten all the lining of her collar, so I can get her a shiny new one for free! Have nearly hit my £10 a day total for this week just on MS, which is great as I don't think the money will hit until March as clearly already smashed the Feb target.

Yikes, haven't noticed your £10 challenge, I think that maybe just maybe you might of smashed it to bits.

Will get onto the MS after my birthday, guessing you have to be 18 anyways! Can get on a few free bingo sites ect too, jeez I'll be 18 in 44 days, doesn't seem like 2 seconds since I passed my cycling proficiency test *sigh*

BF would love it if I called him !!!!!! Francis (middle name is Francis) but I refuse to give him a good nickname so I'm sticking to the very annoying Richie!

Your parents honeymoon sounds a bit disastrous Dinah! Something like that would happen to me which is why I stay away from motorbikes! I've just looked at how much you've made this month, nearly £620 and it's only the 10th! Can't believe how well you're doing! You should hold seminars on how to kick !!! at making money!

I'm going to have to take 10 days off work in MArch too to use up my holiday time. I'm thinking I will do 3 days off for 3 weeks rather than two full weeks off, but at any rate should be excellent for upping the money making a bit as a shortage of time is our real issue. This weekend, well hopefully just Saturday, we're going to take all the books out of the shed and list them, as there are loads not done. But after the hassle on amazon that I've gone through for a 12p profit, we've deicided all those that won't make at least £1 profit will just go on RiSi as there are a few books OH wants at the moment, and there are always millions I want!

I'm a bit shy and retiring to do seminars, once tried to write an e-book but came across as kind of patronising and expecting people not to do it anyway as they would just want to sit on the sofa and click their fingers and thousands of pounds fall from the sky! I'm on a roll now, want to get more MS for Sunday!
