Happy Birthday - Have great hols!
    :bdaycake:

Not such a great day for cash today as I lost my Oyster card which had £1.50 on and I had to pay £3 for a replacement. Bummer.

Had a cool day at the library, though and stumbled across the real Old Curiosity Shop from Dickens novel.

Aww! That's so sweet of him. So much for me giving him too much credit, ehy?
Have a great birthday and a fantastic weekend away!!

I behaved in hobbycraft today, didn't buy a thing! Did spend £10 on the biggest sack of whiskers cat food ever made but it will last my kitties a month or so. My dinner was free on boots points and I returned my pretty camera for a refund. Hey-ho. Still no sign on the abbey letter, will give them until tuesday then i'll ring up.

    Have a nice weekend Ladies!

I cant believe you didnt spend anything!!! Strong willpower!! I could spend an absolute fortune in there :o
Our old hobbycraft was in woolworths so when woolworths closed down they had a huge 75% sale :D to try and get rid of all their stock before they relocated.

I wouldn't of been able to been so good if there was a sale on! I was eyeing up the cupcake cake tin (the one nigella uses - only to make 4 tiny ones) and mum was trying to convince me to get it. I even behaved in boots, straight to the foody bits then straight out again. I don't know what came over me!
  • Happy Birthday to you, happy birthday to you...  Hope you and yours are having a great time.

Hope everyone has had a lovely weekend! OH has gone home so won't be seeing him again until friday, weirdly spent most of it at OH's house with his family - feeling much less nervous around them and managed not to confess my love for any 90s boyband members this time around. Hope everyone enjoys the last dregs of the weekend!

Hope you're feeling better soon Flower! Flu is the worst.

Lara - we have snow! only about 1cm but to say our town misses all the fun weather we're all pretty chuffed. I heard all the busses in London have been cancelled?

Getting pretty excited because Gary Barlow is going to be on the radio in a bit. Gearing myself up to be a full time worker this week. I don't think my part timer bones will take the strain.
