I shouldn't tempt you but they're £4.99 for 2 in superdrug *ahem* I put my grey varnish on sunday night and it still going strong having survived two showers and one boiling bath.
Fingers crossed my last savings account letter will come in the post today. I basically got 2 emails to say they'd be sending me another email or letter then and letter saying 'following this will be another letter' getting twitchy now.0 -
Oooohhhhh... really? Well if it's a bargain... I get that from my Mam I think... "Well they were a bargain so I bought 10"
I can't believe it's taken you that long to open a savings account - why is it taking so long? I've set up three accounts in the last couple of years and the longest it's taken is a couple of weeks. Talking of waiting, my book people order has just been marked as shipped - finally - so looking forward to that arrivingWeightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Well I went to my local Abbey branch and said I was interested in the eSaver account, they said I can only open that online, I said can't you do it from your computer? and she said no. so I called her a mardy cow. Okay I didn't, but she was pretty arsey during all the 'meeting'
I sent off the application online, then got an email a week later saying to send them a copy of ID, so I sent it, then got an email a week and a bit later to say they were sending a letter, then the letter said they'd send another with in 14 working days! I have about 90% of the various codes I need to log on. At least I know it's a secure system?
haha, it is a bargain! I've only had a problem with the black, they're really solid colours too (ohh, I feel like a cosmetic pusher!)0 -
Sounds like a nightmare!
I imagine the nail varnishes are good, I really love their dazzle dust or whatever it's called so definitely a stop-off there at dinnertime I think!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
Really tempted to give my mum a call to see if it's here today, only 1 hour and a half until I'll be home so I'll wait!
Just noticed this is my 5th NSD in a row. *clap*
Have fun when you go for the nail varnish in your lunch break, tete. Don't get tempted by the other offers! Stay Strong!0 -
Morning all. Ish. It's been madly busy today so haven't had time to post.
Got a load more of my parcels sent (well OH sent them) and he took me to lunch. He's now gone to an interview with a recruitment agency, however the exciting news of the day is a supply teacher agency said they would take him on with just a degree to do supply work, which is fantastic.
He's going to call the OU later to find out if he can do the course. So much positive news at once, something has to go wrong soon!
Still have about 10 parcels to send tonight, and will do my usual Mi-info, Onepoll, Free scratchies and daily surveys, but other than that I'm taking the night off to watch films and stuff with OH.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Things seem to be going pretty good job wise for your OH at the moment!
Mum is getting addicted to RiSi. I think she's on her 7th or 8th book swap already, she seems dead chuffed with her new books though so I can't complain!0 -
Hi Dinah, all sounds very positive, fingers crossed for him. Couldn't have a go at the Hoxton rooms at midday because the IT people decided to come in and mess about with my computer right at that very moment. Never mind though, I'm now the proud owner of Red Wine and Grey Barry M nail varnishes
I've also just stood on a rusty nail - will I need a tetanus?

When did you last have one? You're supposed to have one every 10 years. Hmm, think I'm nearly due actually.
OH is currently bombing around Thornaby, seeing lots of recruitment people, I'll have to get caught up later on.
RiSi is very addictive, I have 3 shelves of books to read from there! Haven't had a swap accepted in over a week though, think all my good books have gone!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

I'm not sure actually. Went to Cuba in July though and the doc said all my jabs were up to date then, don't know what that included though. OH says I'm going to die a lingering death but I'm sure I'll be fine I'm quite a hardy soul. I'm more bothered about the fact that I've now got a hole in my boot
I thought Thornaby was just a row of shops, didn't realise they had recruitment people! Hope it goes well for him!!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0
