Just found a box full of unlisted ebay items on top of my bookcase, that really annoys me! I remember taking photos of them though, going to see if they are on mums laptop when she comes home, as the taking photos part seems to take ages.

You got alot done today, Dinah! Jealous of your dymos, I ordered another typewriter ribbon today so I'll have to stick with my type writer until then, thankfully I only have to use it on mondays and wednesday but today we sent out 70 letters, not very fun to do.

Have fun photoing the other box of ebay items, what on earth will you do when you run out?!

Relax! No I'll be very happy when all the ebay stuff is gone, it's another one of those 'i'll do x as soon as y is over'. And x in this instance is make my invitations and y is ebay! That said I think I still have 5 bin bags full left.

Finally getting back into STP, randomly went down to 1 star then shot up to 3, slightly confused there. :rolleyes:

OH's computer is getting so close to completely packing it in. On one hand I could borrow the money from my parents, give them what I've saved so far then monthly payments or carry on saving and risk him maybe caving in and buying himself one? Although I don't really think he'd do that, I'd just feel mean him not having the internet for a month because of me

Cinny this is an absolutely incredibly generous gift you are giving him, it is in no way 'mean' to wait till you actually have the money and don't have to borrow it, I think borrowing it before you actually have it is a dangerous precident to set. At the end of the day he'sa saving himself £400, if he doesn't want to he can get a laptop now and not wait a month and you can spend your money on you and just get him a few bits and bobs.

I don't think he would buy himself one, he knows I'm saving hard! But you're right, the boy can wait, I was just being normal ol' Kate and jumping the gun! I don't really think I should be going down 'that' route of borrowing money, even if it is from my parents.

I'm just sitting around waiting for Half Ton Son to come on C4. It's very morally wrong of me but I love shows lie that because they make me feel skinny. I used to watch the sumo all the time!
