  • No we've got all of the sides up these days as he was climbing around the side and off the bed. Not sure how exactly he got out... up and over the top, I suppose! You know how he loves to climb!

Lol, thats Tom - he has no fear!

Just heard a big thud upstairs; went up to find Tom had woken up and cliimbed out of his cot and was looking a bit surprised but very pleased with himself!

Ooh that's scary but pleased he is ok. James kept doing that when he was just 10 months old. He promptly went into a normal bed as I thought it was safer him falling out of bed than off the top of the cot bars. I've still no idea how he managed to do it, but he's always been strong at climbing up stuff.
Here I go again on my own....
  • I know the nappies are a good buy in this Asda baby week thingy and I dont want to sound all stupid like im missing something (or complaining) but dont the Asda Living stores sell most of the stuff at these prices all the time???

Cant really comment on the nappy or wipe prices as I never look at them in the Living Store but things like the stairgates, highchairs, buggys, weaning stuff and books which I saw today are just the same

Is it really a special offer or is it just brought into Asda from the Living Stores as a marketing gimmick???

DH is wandering round naked but he looks nothing like David Tennant so calm down everyone.

I'm off to bed. To sleep.

:eek:you are mad! Have you forgotten how much pain you were in a month ago?:p
I'm just wondering as I know pretty much nothing about them do they advise a 'waiting' period after a c-section? Why not use something for say 6months and see how you feel once your hormones have settled?
Yes but the pain was soooooooooo worth it, look at what I've got out of it :D
Haven't ever been given advice on how long to wait after my sections, it wasnt an issue at all last time, and i think everyone just assumes you dont want to have sex for months after a baby  sod that I lasted till last night and that was too long fo me :o :rotfl:
I think we'll just go down the condoms route if any.

Lol, maybe I have always been in Asda Living when an event has been on without me knowing or prehaps its just here . The stairgates are always on offer in Living as are the bowls, spoons and cups that I bought from the baby event in the normal Asda yesterday.

Anyway I have done the sums and the Pampers work out better value than Tesco's so im gonna convert back for a while......its all about the mony saving, right!!

Ps Does anybody know if you are limited to the amount you can buy? I want to get a few boxes but dont want to be refused them at the till.

Things like the stair gates, vests and stuff usually are that price. I was talking about nappies and wipes and things like some of the toiletries ie baby lotion oil etc :) They are cheaper in the baby event.

I usually go for asda's own nappies, but the pampers work out cheaper this time so I've gone for them :o

There weren't any signs saying how many you can buy per cumstomer.
