Maz Congrats
Caz I nearly got it wrong again I nearly congratulated you on being preggers instead of Maz
I've not used contraception since getting my implant out when TTCing. My periods pretty much went back to normal after havin El. Had her in Dec and they were back to normal beginning of feb. So have just been careful since then!!Everyone is entitled to their opinionEllie 25/12/070 -

He's utterly fine. He had landed on his feet and was walking about. Don't know if he thought it was morning or what but he's been swiftly dispatched back to bed! Strange as he usually cries if he wakes and we go in to find him just sitting there. He's obviously feeling energetic tonight!0

Ella - well done you going by yourself!
Choca - well done Tom (I think) ... time to buy a stair gate for the door to his room then ?!
Nadnad - are you there, or still settling off to bed? I tend to resort to the car in that situation - drive round in the dark for 20 mins does the trick. Not very MSE, but much better for the sanity
I'm going to see if I can get away with a quick bath or not... oh no... definitely not by the sounds of it. Oh well... maybe tomorrow!Isabella Molly born 14th January 2009

Did he just wander out of his drop side cot and off the bed Choc? (even though thats far enough to fall!)
Thanks ladybird, im really quite pleased with myself to be honest... im seriously considering going swimming tomorrow as they have an adult and family swim session and a lovely shallow end we can just splash about in. I love my gorgeous little girl0 -

No we've got all of the sides up these days as he was climbing around the side and off the bed. Not sure how exactly he got out... up and over the top, I suppose! You know how he loves to climb!0 -
Asda's baby week is good at the mo, just stocked up on wipes (johnsons box of 6 for £5) and nappies (huggies and pampers in huge boxes!) aswell as the goodnight milk (£3). Had other things too but that was what I wanted to stock up on!
Good job my hubby took me in the car, i couldn't have carried everything!

I'm not sure if I will do or not
We have been talking and both want more children but are not sure wether to time it properly or just leave things to nature.
I must be mad lol
Thing is I have a 5 year age gap and really dont want another big gap like that!
I'm just wondering as I know pretty much nothing about them do they advise a 'waiting' period after a c-section? Why not use something for say 6months and see how you feel once your hormones have settled? She wasn't too bad really although she did have three nights where she didn't sleep so well. She was really cuddly and I spent almost a week with her sitting on my knee watching DVDs and videos whereas she can't normally sit still to watch TV for 15 minutes. She was very good about not scratching though as she's got eczema so we'd already taught her to rub rather than scratch....My HV brought a bag of assorted condoms when she came round to do the heel pr1ck test on Charlotte when she was about a week old. I was very poorly when I was pregnant, and was still suffering from severe swelling in my legs, and I had SPD so had limited mobility. Just getting up off the sofa to answer the door was a stuggle never mind bedroom gymnastics0 -

Me and Erin have thrush again:( my boobs are very sore and erin is grumpy. luckily still have stuff here to keep me going until i can go to the docs! tried to give her a bottle let my boobs rest but she had none of it, she took one last wek but is point blank refusing?
She has also grown out of all her first size clothes so i got the cupboard emptied and refilled with bigger clothes:Dchocaholic110 wrote: »No we've got all of the sides up these days as he was climbing around the side and off the bed.
