Congrats Mazcabs! :T Could it be a christmas baby? I've got a three year gap between my first two, and they're great friends.

I'm still b/f, and soooo many people have told me to 'get her on the bottle' to make her sleep through, so i'm assuming that makes a difference?!?
Its annoying isn't it, my Dad used to go on at me to give Aimee a bottle and 'give myself a break' I tried it for about a month, 1 bottle at night... The theory is, formula milk is thicker and sits in the tummy longer so the baby doesn't feel hungry quite so quickly... Didn't make a single jot of difference to Aimee... All it did was leave me washing and sterilising things and buying stuff I didn't need...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Morning all, had a bit of a shock over the weekend. Had this little incling but confirmed at weekend that we are expecting again. It wasnt planned and tbh not sure how far gone either as I never seemed to get back into that much of a routine period wise after Henry....Think OH was as shocked as me !!

So I guess its off to the doctors to have it offically confirmed.

    Congrats! :o xx

weezl - I never purposefully dropped a feed, There is no way Chris would have let me at 6 weeks either (sorry if that's not what u wanted to hear :o)
I'd let Fergie take the lead, one night he'll just not wake up for a feed and then touch wood, cross ur fingers and pray that he carries on! :D

Yeah Maz!! :T get ur botty over to the preg club ASAP :D
I'm currently dying for our first 2010 EDD I know they've probably been made now :p

;)however did you guess that might not be what I wanted to hear?!;)

Sami, I hope you've sorted Christopher's sleeping the way you wanted to by the time your LO arrives, I remember vaguely (sorry, baby brain!) from the pregnancy thread a while back that you were trying to 'shape' his sleeping into something a bit more workable with a new baby? Hope that's gone well... How're you feeling, blooming or scummy? x

Thanks all, keep 'em coming, it helps to have real life examples, baby whisperer is normally quite a good book, but I think she's a bit misleading on this one!
    :rolleyes::D

  • Glad you enjoyed your meal SB - you must think I am terrible only waiting 5 1/2 weeks before I made my escape for the evening LOL.

I used to be naked as much as possible but since having Benjamin it has probably been less than 2 hours in total - only the time I have spent in the bath or shower!

Sorry if this is TMI but I am still bleeding...got my 6 week check tomorrow so will talk to the doctor but it is really starting to play on my mind. I keep thinking that they are going to send me to hospital...which I know is irrational but just typing it has me crying.

I have been really tearful for the last 4 or 5 days - think I am getting a bit run down because I think I have a coldsore coming too. I feel like we are both doing well and that we are settling down but then the tears take over...I have just had them streaming down my face watching sister act :o

Thanks, MFD & Mel. We had a lovely time even though it was really weird being in a bar on a Friday night! :rotfl:. Can't remember the last time :o. Usually DH and I go out for lunch when he is home and the children are at my Mums.

I bled for around 6w with Poppy but only a few weeks with Jamie so maybe its just luck of the draw?. And they were both FF too. Hope the Dr can put your mind at rest and don't forget to mention feeling a bit down.

    xx

scruffy - i know after wording something silly lol there are a few pages on nakedness lol!! did anyone see my Gok Wan link?? i am so tempeted really need a new wardrobe:D

Weezl -Erin is 9 week and feed constantly during the evening to stockpile up and she then sleeps 7.30ish to 3/4am back up for a feed then thats her until 8am! she is BF but think that the constant evening feeding makes her last during the night!
