Sorry hun haven't been around due to rubbish internet company..
wedding acrylics this is her shop on ebay and the stand is fabulous i must say! She does have a website too but it escapes me. You have to look around though because she sells some and you can bid on some of the stands which i did.
I was going to use butter cream however, M&S have just started doing a cupcake range 4 for £2.50 in various colours and flavours (2 of which are strawberry and lemon which come in the colours and flavours i want!) so i bought a box and they are fantastic! I worked out for 120 cupcakes which is what i need, i will pay £75!! So much better without the stress of me making them too!0 -
Hi, please could you add us? We are getting married 3 October 2009 and we can't wait! We only got engaged in February this year and have been extremely lucky in getting our gorgeous venue at relatively short notice. My dress is ordered (Lyndyloo - hopefully on it's way soon) and everything else that can be planned/bought at this stage is done! I've had a few Bridezilla moments so far but I'm loving it!
Congratulations to everyone else on here and hope you all have the best days of your life so far,
Steph and James xx0 -
I have been pushing my suppliers to get final prices, contracts etc to me as I felt it was getting a bit close to the wedding not to have much in writing.Well they did what I asked and now I have loads of deposits all due at once and I dont have the cash for it right now!I have had 3 of them ask for £300 deposit each within 7 days!Oh dear, and it was me who asked for the paperwork and details of deposits due etc.
I think I will have to sell my radley bags on ebay and whatever else I can find lurking in the back of the wardrobes.£900 in 7 days?Well I,ll give it a go."Reaching out to touch the stars dont forget the flowers at your feet".0 -
4 weeks on Saturday...
Got my dress back from the dressmakers on Saturday, looks really good. Also had my hen tea party in the afternoon.
I am very relieved that our celebrant has finally returned one of our emails/calls, we were beginning to get a bit worried. Phew! Also have three people to do readings at the ceremony.
Tonight we're going to take advantage of Snapfish's 50% off posters offer and create some collage posters to put up in the daytime venue.Got married 23rd May 2009, many thanks to all on the Weddings and Anniversaries board for their help and support!

JayJay thanks for the M and S tip. Is that on their website as I totally want to get them now. Have been having total indecisiveness about the cake now. Have seen a gorge cake that totally fits my theme but no idea whatsoever of the price until the lady emails me back. I just don't want to be in a complete panic the day before making cakes, although you can freeze them 3 weeks beforehand which might be easier. Arghhh. I haven't a clue anymore. xMarried the most amazing man 05/12/09 and it was the best day ever, I'm a Mrs, he he!!:jWins 2009: Peroni Alessi bowl woohoo, 1 in 10 wins DVD from Maltesers, Avon lippy!!!Freebies-Bold Gel, CoffeePinecone Research - £9Mystery Shopping - £150

No, i had a look online to see if i could show you but they don't have them.
Its the new "cake shop" range in m&s they do 2 types of cupcakes the flat iced ones and the swirly buttercream iced ones which are the nuts! They have a filling in the center too, the lemon ones had lemon curd and it was gorgeous! I can't recommend them enough, and they are quite big too.
I was going to make the cakes and freeze them and ice the night before but now this has come up maybe i won't have too, £75 for 120 is a bargain IMO. The boxes of cupcakes at some point will be going up to £2.99 a box because they are an introductory offer but i still think its good value!
They look similar to this:0 -
It definitely is, but do we take the chance that they will have them in when we want them. I don't know if I would wnt to risk it, but it is a really good deal, I only want 50 and then was going to buy a top tier to cut. If they are anything like the pic they look fabulous, and exactly how I want mine. What would everyone else do, take the risk or play it safe. Hello all! Could I join please??
Have been engaged to my dearest OH for about 4 years & we have finally set a date & so far booked the ceremony & reception!
We are having a Gretna wedding on 2nd September 2011, over 2 years away I know, but it's a special date that I had to have & we wouldn't have saved enough for what I want by 2010! I plan to have it all organised within the next year & then sit back & look forward to it!
Good luck and happy weddings & planning to all!:heartpuls dawnebabe :heartpuls0
