Hello Girls!

Just wanted to wish you all the best of luck with your planning and weddings this spring/summer!

Unfortunatly my wedding has now been cancelled and me and my partner have split up. I am now with a much more understanding and sweet lad which makes things alot better!

Keep this thread up! Its good to see its still going!!

Hi all we are looking at getting married on the 6th December, although we haven't booked yet and are going to do it on Sunday, as long as the hotel still has the date!! Could I provisionally join for that date please.

So far we are going for a red, white and diamonte sparkle theme. I am making the cake, flowers and invitations myself. We are going for cupcake wedding cake with one m and s tier on the top, and silk flowers. I am having two bridesmaids and my DD who wil be just turned two as a flower girl.

We are having a Sunday wedding, as late as possible in the afternoon, with drinks and canapes afterwards. Then in the evening a buffet with a disco.

We have a budget of 2 grand at the mo which we seem to be keeping to lol!!

If anyone has any hints and tips please let me know, Tiger:j

FIL2B suggested that when we're viewing our venues, all SIX of us should look around - us two and all parents. To say I was not amused would be an understatement

Me and my h2b decided to get married abroad as well to save money. We're getting married in Cyprus in Sept!! Not sure if its really saved us that much money but it seems to have been a lot less hassle organising everything which is good!! Its amazing how things are coming together its starting to feel very real now, and i'm getting very excited! just got my dress this week, unfortunatly its a little on the tight side so i'm on a strict diet until i can fit into it, as would rather not have to get it altered! We are setting ours for one fri oct 2009. Going to view venue and see what can be arranged this thurs.
