  • Good idea. They don't offer much, but it is probably more than I would get for them anywhere else. Do they have a system in place for selling more than 10 at once?
  • Just used these guys again for dvds and cds - used tradeyourgames.co.uk at the same time for my games as they were offering more - already been paid by bank transfer by tradeyourgames, waiting on the cheque from MM!
  • Does anyone know of anywhere I can sell my CDs if I don't have the original cases or booklets?
Started comping May 2010 and won Love Cooking 2010 Tickets and The True Diary of a Mum to Be.

Restarted after a long hiatus Jun 2015

amazon but they don't usually go for much, or ebay.
    eta: oh and priceminister too.

    Telling me about the sea..."
  • again, with singles - its likely that youll get little for them unless you have a few hundred of them, maybe worth just donating to charity?

I've recently used Music Magpie for the first time. Ordered created on 15/01/11, parcel posted 17/01/11, order received 23/01/11, cheque issued 28/01/11, cheque arrived today 04/02/11.

Some of my DVDs were in those cardboard/plastic combos, which get a bit scuffed/dented, but the rest were regular plastic jewel cases. Everything was accepted and the full price quoted has been issued. It's been a bit slow but it's more than I'd have got on Ebay or Amazon so I'm quite happy.

Hope that is helpful to anyone considering this service! :)

    Evening All,
I've just put a load of old cds and games onto this site and got a good, fair offer. Going to send off tomorrow so I will let you know when i get confirmation and payment.
Thanks to all of you MSE'ers! Another £8 in my pocket.

I've got loads of CDs sitting in boxes in the loft so might have to have a rummage and flog them on MM. It'll feel quite bad selling them for less that a quid each, considering what I paid for them originally, but they're doing nothing at the moment and just taking space.
