Music Magpie has never let me down. Done six successful orders now. Love it, probably not the best rates but guaranteed cash!0

fair point if they have't caused you any prob's but i used them just the once and i waited a month for my money and was spoke to very rude on the phone, also there prices are i belive second lowest anywhere!0

I have used them about 4 times now and only sell them the things I cannot sell myself. They have paid within a couple of weeks everytime so I can't complain about that. I've never used customer service though but their feedback as a seller has a number of complaints saying they don't get back to you if you buy something from them (on Play and Amazon), also they sell everything as "very good condition" which makes me think they do not even check the actual condition before listingNot been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/1550

do they have any condition rules - i have a few CD's where cases are damaged but CDs are in good condition and all leaflets are there. ThanksDebt busting 2022 Total £15842.68 £0 (100% paid since 1/1/22)

If I were you, I'd go to Poundland or similar and pick up a pack of five or six. Just means the cases will definitely get there as they were intended!0

Personally I wouldn't use them again because they are way too slow. I sent a parcel over a month ago and am still waiting for a cheque.0

When Music Magpie first started, they were quite good, the cheques used to arrive within around 7 days, however as time has gone on their cheque posting ability appears to have diminished.
My last order (over 100 CDs) was sent in the beginning of Feb 2010, it is now March over a month later and still no cheque! I have rung them twice and received various excuses but still no joy.
I would be wary of using this company at the moment as it looks as though they are having problems keeping up with their customer payments schedule. It would be interesting to find out if other people were suffering from the same problem? If so, alarm bells should be ringing!
Seems like I'm not the only one. Seller beware!0 -
Used this recently for selling CD's, great service for getting rid of quickly and getting the cash without the hassle of eBay (and I use eBay to sell stuff ALL the time!). AS an ex-gamestation staff member I'd say that this isn't possibly the best service for selling SOME games. Older games, it's not a bad way to sell them (as I used it for some PC and Playstation 2 games), but the newer games it can be better to shop around (especially if you want to get a new game in it's place). I wouldn't necessarily use gamestation either, but they do have a returns policy that I like, so I tend to stick with those when I know I can finish a game quickly. But I have bought games from other places too, but this service is still pretty good for selling products to and I have recommended it to my friends and family already.0
