Hi hope this is ok to post here I havent a clue which thread it would come under sorry.
I was making fajitas for tea tonight but hubby has decided to go to his mums with kids instead. I got chicken breasts out freezer last nite they are reduced, perfect to use today. BUT now no one will be here to eat so I thought I better cook the chicken anyway.
I want to use up a scwartz thai green curry packet mix BUT I would prefer to make it today and use the chicken up before it goes off.
Really my question is, as the packet mix is made with milk (&,onion chicken) will the milk sauce be able to be kept until tomorrow!?
OR shall I make summing else with chicken for tomorrow, pref something easy as I am feeling awful. thanks for any thoughtsLife happens when you are busy making other plans

Hi kirsty,
Of course it's ok to post here.
As the chicken was reduced, I agree that it would be better to cook it today rather than leaving it for another day. The sauce should be fine. I've cooked meals using milk/cream and kept them in the fridge until the next day and never had any problems. Just cool it as quickly as you can after cooking and put it into the fridge straight away once it's cooled.
