100 Day Challenge

I would love to do another on from 1st Jan
I will have a think about what I want to include for that one.
I am doing OK still at the moment and I thought it through and odd bits of 'falling off' I have done in the last 94 days has mainly been when I have had to buy presents or take things to parties (including fancy dress) or entertain etc etc rather than just because I fancy buying it.
Hurrah for the challenge :T£34,547 (Dec 07); Current debt: £zilch (Debt free December 2010)

My choc challenge is still going well. i haven't bought any chocolate and in fact i got a free bar of choc yesterday and still haven't eaten it, as yet i don't fancy it.
I am definitely up for repeating this challenge again in the new year. This time i will make it official and say i wont buy any beauty/hair products for 100 days, unless i run out of essentials, such as shampoo and deodrant!
Am undecided as to whether i could give up chocolate again for 100 days, although am thinking that i like the effects and feeling of not eating so much junk food.:j Live on £4500, £2531/£4500:T 101 in 1001 (52/101):j:beer::j

Forgive me magni for I have sinned...
I popped into Lidl for some bits and bobs and came out with crisps AND chocolate. It cost less than a pound but that isn't the point. I have sinned and I must repent!!!
Off to say a whole host of hail whoevers and have a long hard think about my actions :rotfl:£34,547 (Dec 07); Current debt: £zilch (Debt free December 2010)

Don't worry Penny we all slip up sometimes, just need to think a bit more and deal with cravings and triggers (this is how I speak in my job for a clue - 'do as I say not as I do' in behaviour! Otherwise wouldn't be in such a financial mess)
I have done 10 days now :j - 1/10th of the way there. Shopping TV is the easy bit, I just don't watch it now and have deleted QVC from my online favourites and unsubscribed from email alerts.
The shops in town are a bit harder but I am finding if I avoid them for now it works for me to avoid the temptation. Will see how the next 10 days will go and then 1/5th of the way there and only another 4 days until 1/4 of the way there! First 10 days felt the longest however so glad to be on this journey:Tfinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
:j 14 days in now - only 86 to go!!! :T :rotfl: Felt a bit tempted when put QVC on a day of beauty special and switched it off after a few minutes. Still finding Boots difficult, still avoiding it really and have removed QVC from online favourites.
Hope everyone elso is doing fine and you're all nearly at the end of your 100 days!!:Tfinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Only a week left to go:beer: I hope everyone is still hanging in there. I was in Boots again today and had the free Rimmel palette and my purchases in my hand again:eek: But I managed to convince myself that the palette had colours that I probably wouldn't use anyway and that we only had a week to go. So I came out empty handed:A This is so hard now. I am lusting after so many cosmetics it's unreal. I have an online MAC account and you can keep stuff in your basket each time. You can save your stuff for future purchases. At the start of this challenge I only "needed" about 3 MAC items. Now I have 11 items in my basket:eek: and another 10 in the save for later section:rotfl: I must be strong and when this challenge is over not blow it by buying 100 days worth of cosmetics before the next challenge on 1st Jan:eek:100 Day Pot £13

Hi everyone. I am doing well. I have not brought anything apart from some razors but that was paid with a gift card that someone gave me so technically it was a freebie anyway. I have discovered I now own a lot of space in my bathroom. Bring on another challenge!I am full of joy, abundance, wealth and love.I am a money magnet. Money comes easily and frequently.Canada excursion fund £1243/2500£10000 from £100 challenge £0/£10,0000
