So what you are saying is that you like to cause trouble by parking in a dissabled space so that you can challenge the PPC's, just the same as you come on MSE to cause trouble.

You are a perfect example of a Troll.

If you go onto the "parking fine" section you will find many people who you would class as a "troll" for highlighting what private landowners can and cannot do regarding issuing parking invoices and disabled bays.

PPCs need to be challenged because what they are doing is illegal.

If you think disagreeing with you makes me a troll then so be it.

I do not park in disabled spaces to challenge PPCs, although there was a thread suggesting that this be done, I do it because I have as much "right" as anyone else.
I do only park in them when I have a disabled person in the car. Not sure how that causes any trouble

How do you use NCP as a deterrent?

I understand that it is your land but still not sure about the NCP bit.

If you go on the NCP website you'll see it explains far better than I ever could. I have their signs on my land and if anyone other than a permit holder is parked then I or any NCP personell that 'happen' to be passing are allowed to 'ticket' the offending vehicle.

I think?( it was about 5 yrs ago) I paid a small amount for the signs and a few tickets.

I have not issued any for a couple of years now as most people who visit the area have learnt it belongs to me. An embarrassing moment with the police and an ambulance that had to collect my wife for work gave the old curtain twitching brigade an evenings entertainment, since then I have had little or no issues.

Still waiting for details of your alleged successful court prosecution, I think the earlier label of "liar" justified until it arrives.

Tim? Are you really that dumb to even believe fifty percent of the comments you have posted? How do I fare as a disabled/mobility challenged person without blue badge in a private car park then? Are you suggesting it is lawful to treat me differently from other mobility challenged persons because I refuse to display a mark of shame/humiliation?

If you think of me as a liar, then that is your perogative. I know the details.

Please forgive me for 'intruding' on another issue, but why do you class a blue badge as a 'mark of shame'???

I should like to see a right-wing communist.

Because that is exactly what it is, I do not wish to be associated with such a corrupt scheme. There are probably more people worthy of holding a blue badge in the paralympics than there are in the entire scheme, it is primaraly used by the idle the corrupt and the useless as a means of avoiding parking charges and regarded as a "park on your head if I want" priviledge.

As for you not providing evidence no worry there I wasn't expecting you to, we both know it doesn't exist.

PPCs need to be challenged because what they are doing is illegal.

And people who park in the dissabled base who aren't dissabled need to be challenged because what they are doing is immoral and selfish.

Because parking there without a blue badge is going to attract the attention of the attendant. They you will most likely stand there and have an argument for the sake of arguing. When it would have been far easier to display a blue badge.

That all depends on your definition of disabled doesn't it? Is it determined by a blue flag or by mobility?
