Tyler you're a hypocrite, you condemn people for parking in a P&C space when they shouldn't, but then use them yourself when your son is injured. Does he need the space when not injured ? Your inferenece is that he clearly doesn't ! Are these spaces for the injured too ? No, you'll just bend the rules as you see fit and when it suits. Well I'm afraid the spaces are not for your sole convenience either. Double standards applies !

My son does not the assistance the space provides usually, so we don't park there. As he is only four years old we are entitle to use that space all the time, but we choose not to.

You call me a hyprocrite, but you came on to this forum telling us that you park in the spaces whether you have children with you or not.

As for disabled spaces - there are just too many of them! They are never all full and half the time the majority will be empty. But that is no reason for an able-bodied person to park in them imo.

Gosh, where do you shop? I have Asda, Morrisons & Tesco's near me and there's rarely a disabled bay empty.

Well, I'm glad you've said that, I was beginning to think it was just me. Maybe the people who think there are too many aren't the ones looking for one then. It seems to me that there is a surplus of P&Cs, but then I don't use them.

I know why that is. I've noticed at Asda you'll rarely find them empty. You'll most often find them empty at Sainsburys and Tescos somewhere in the middle unless it's in a more rough area.

Do you see what I'm pointing out here!
  • Jesus folks get off your high horses ..

The primary issue here is that events on private land suffer CIVIL not CRIMINAL penalties. Disabled space/double yellow lines etc are not CRIMINAL nor even CIVIL .. thus invalid! The issue is how far can a private entity go in enforcing abitrary rules and penalties essentially by extortion .. profit first ;) They only need a small % of gullible individuals to pay up to survive!

Probably because some !!!!!! like to park in the disabled bays and are lazy bas****s who can't walk 20 ft more.

My daughter had to register for a permit to park at Tesco P&C spaces with my grandson. It expires after 3 years and they operate a 'no permit, no parking' policy. Maybe Asda need to do something similar.
