  • Awe please keep posting even if its to get it off your chest. Could you post on one of the other threads to see if there is anything you can do about the ccj.

Have you looked to see if you are not earning when you have a baby if you would be entitled to tax credits and housing benefits. You would get family allowance, not much but all helps.

Can you not private rent with one ccj ages ago for a £60 debt? Surely if you could prove to a landlord what is was for and when and show your bank statements and get references then any decent landlord would be happy to have you as tenants.

You'll sort this somehow but I understand your realisation today has knocked you sideways. Hopefully you will feel stronger in a few days.

    Take care
    KM x
  • Hi Mariagti

Sorry to hear of your tough times, but please don't stop posting - I read your diary with great interest every day and you really have helped to spur on so many people! You've done exceptionally well so far and I'm sure you'll continue to do so.
2010 may seem like a long way off, but think how fast last year went - this time next year you'll be super-excited about all your future plans again. In the meantime, think how much of a better position you'll both be in if you continue to save as much as you can monthly. A year will pass very quickly indeed, you wait and see xx

    :hello: Hey Maria,

I'm sorry everything has gone a bit wrong with your plans, I can appreciate how that feels

As stated by every one above, please keep coming back if you do want to, even if just to rant and let off steam. I'll definitely miss you on here too, especially as I am one of the ones you have inspired ;)

I agree with KM above as well, could you not keep an eye on the private ads in the papers etc for renting as surely a private Landlord would have no way of searching for the CCJ anyway so as long as you have rent money, deposit money and some references then there may still be a way forward?

I can see next year feels a long way away, but keep up your saving and being brilliant with your vouchers and you'll be able to get somewhere really nice with some really nice stuff in it!

    Sending hugs your way, Debz

    Hi all,

First off thanks Lilmiss & YB :D , a weight has been lifted off my mind now!:j

Right now i must start posting on diary again as i was beginging to lose track of extra money being made not being on here! It makes such a difference posting here, i get much more motivated to do things and get on!

Well while ive been off for a week, ive won 2 lipsticks and another mascara. Ive ordered a £10 Argos voucher from Mi-info ( although now ive noticed they have cut down all the free points just like pigsback did! ). Have a £4 Luncheon voucher coming my way. And ive just finished my 50 Qype reviews for a £50 Virgin voucher! Im just waiting for an email to tell me ive finished the challenge it took me last night and this morning to do!

I paid in the normal £100 last monday into my ISA. New total £2500 :)

Ive also sold some bits today on ebay Wii game £14, car pump £10, Dvd £1.50. I have more to list in a couple of hours.
