Welcome to my new diary!:j

First off here is my old diary where i became debt free 1 1/2 years early than when debts were suppose to end!! It can be done guys! :)
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=574597

Im starting a new diary as the old one was starting to drag a little. Although im now out of debt, i feel having a diary on here really helps to keep on track with saving and staying out of debt!

Im 25 and still live at home with my parents! I have a fiance of coming up 7 years in December. Although his my fiance we have no date set as we want to buy/have our own place before we get married. We also want to start a family once we have a place of our own. Check out my sig for my lastest savings.

I have self confidence issues which hold me back from things, like i really need a new job as i only do 25 hours a week. I have been at this job for about 5 years now and have just got stuck in a rut to worried to get out incase if i were to get a new job people might not like me or speak to me, which would make me leave then i wouldnt have any job!

I do everything i can to save as much of my wages as possible! I do all sorts of surveys, cashback, daily clicks, collect money off coupons, boots glicthes, ebay selling, entering tones of competions, freebies to get extra money. I hardly go out and save on everything possible. All i that i do i list in my dairy so i hope im helpful to people and you enjoy reading my dairy!

Hi Limiss, glad you joined me over here! :)

Answer to your question on old dairy, think in total ive have £50 of vouchers from Valued Opinions this year so far, unless i have forgotten to write any down.

Just checked i have £90 of boots vouchers, i need £10 more to get £100. Shouldnt be long before i can get two vouchers from pigsback. Then i will start to collect for £100 Argos vouchers! For furniture etc when we move out!

Just counted up my tesco clubcard vouchers and have £63. There isnt any deals im really interested in so will save them to spend online or in shop for house bits or baby bits when we move out too.

  • Why not sell them on eBay? You would get about £120 for them if you don't want them for deals?

I will have about £500 worth of deals by end of this quarter which i am saving for a holiday next year.

My mum has just got back from town so ive just scanned all her shopping and sent my barcodes off to shopandscan.

Also she just came back with the new Tesco Direct book....if you get it scanned then you get a £5 off when you spend £20 voucher to spend in tesco direct or online. So good for if you need to buy any xmas presents from there!

    Hi Aussieonabudget,

Oh no i dont get the much boots stuff all the time, just went they do a promotion instore giving out vouchers for £5 off skincare & £5 off no7(which has ended now:() all the items apart from the hair stuff were under £5 so got them all free with the vouchers! and with the deodrants there is a £1.50 off coupon for them, boots had already reduced them and when the coupon went through there was only 15p to pay so stocked up! (which has now also ended) If you check out the first page of the boots grabbit board here http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1155305 its tells you all the current glitches and way to get things very cheap and sometimes free with vouchers!

The baby stuff are from free samples and vouchers that i find on here also!

And the boots stuff is all for me! I stock up when the freebies are so i dont need to buy any toiletries for months! The baby stuff, well the im wanting to start a family soon, but not sure when that will be. So the nappies & wipes im thinking may come in as handy presents as OH's brother has a baby on the way and also a have a couple of preg friends. Ive checked the expirey dates on wipes dec 2010.

    Morning all,

Thanks Aussie, im running out of space to hide my stash's though!

Ive just been through the whole of pigsback trying to find extra points, but didnt find any. Why hasnt there been any 5 point clicks this week?? I need 18 points on my account to get a boots voucher, how anoyying!

I really need to wash my car as i havent for over a month now! And its light blue so the dirt shows quite bad! I may even treat it to a hot wax in town for £1.
Also OH wants to go to the retail park to stock up on some jumpers for work. I might leave my purse at home so i dont spot anything i like!
