Is This Too Good To Be True?

It seems unlikely that Paypal/eBay are unaware of how dodgy this is. Paypal refunded my payment within a few hours of me asking them to.
There are so many clues that are suggestive of a fraudulent seller in this case that at my most paranoid I can't help but wonder if it isn't an "investigative journalism" project.

I wonder if they are being imported , Peg Perego being the European brand name for M&P . I know when I imported my PP which was the latest colour at that time is was £120 cheaper than over here , that's why I imported it . I think deep down its a scam but I will get my money back either way so that part doesn't concern me . Unlike the lady above who is due very soon and needs her buggy asap .

Hello, just to let you all know i got a full refund from ebay straight away.
I think its right what someone said about paypal holding the money for 20 days cos it might not have gone in so quick otherwise.

Im so glad i found these threads because it all made sense.
At least ive got my money back now, its a shame cos i really wanted that buggy, i dont know where il find another one for £100.

Glad to hear people are getting their refunds via Paypal/Ebay. I'm sure they must be starting to get quite a log of complaints/concern re: this seller already, so i'm sure they're not gonna argue about it. As our money was refunded by Google (when they withdrew their services), i'm not concerned about him getting my money but i'm just soooooooo intrigued to know what the eventual outcome is! It's like it will all become clear on the 8th Oct !! Only 14 of his reviews are from buyers, and 7 of those are refunds!!! Plus, if people are having to leave positive feedback prior to getting their refund, who can say if they are even getting their money back!! Once you've left feedback, he could just be ignoring your request!?.

Did you have to leave feedback before the refund came through or not ?

I can't either , would be funny if they turned up but can't see it myself but not bothered as will get my money back either way .

No. If I log into eBay and go to the list of items for which I need to leave feedback, instead of 'Leave Feedback' the button next to this item just says 'View Paypal transaction'.

Down the left hand side is My Account , under this is Feedback , click on that , then it takes you to another page and the big Leave Feedback button is there but beside that should be Go to Feedback Forum , click that and then over on the right hand side is a box that says follow up to feedback left for others , click on that and a list of your transactions should come up and the option to leave follow up should be there over on the right . Hope this makes sense .
