It states on the auctions you are covered up to £150 by Paypal protection . Having rung Paypal they said if there was any problems or it was a scam so long as the value of the sale was under £150 , which mine was , £100 , then we ARE covered .

It could be that it's newly occupied, of course. But there is no listing for this address on nethouseprices since 2007.

has been registered to a Mr Aras Hassan since May 2007, this individual is 23 years old and has a poor credit rating.

As of 01/09/2008 he was confirmed still registered as living at the above address.

Mobile number maybe 0794925776.

Unfortunately I don't have access to the directories here, but can someone check where the guy lives who's supposed to run this outfit? Emmanol whatever? He's not listed as a director of any companies, but if someone has access to 192 or similar, they may know whereabouts he is.

No directorships listed for Hassan either.

Worth taking the matter further? A lot of people will be losing a lot of money here, and the quicker he's found, the better.

There's no law against looking suspicious as far as I'm aware.

I am being told by one of the buyers of the ultima 8 in 1 @ £325 that ebay and paypal have told them they will be fully refunded if it is found to be a scam. Is this the case considering the guy only had paypal protection up to £150 ??

This didn't worry me too much as mine was only a £100 pramette . However I asked today when delivery was likely and he replied mine will be delivered Wednesday 8th October between 3pm-5pm so I will wait until then and let you all know what happens .
