what a strange thing to say? its another item to make you very suspicious of the whole operation.
the very fact that they say, they are official maclaren dealers, says they are crooks or very unethical. either way, not a good company to deal with.

Can you really believe this many people cancelled their orders for these reasons? "Had to cancel because my young son ordered it" This is just laughable. I am sorry to the last poster and all those who have been scammed. The website stood out a mile to me as not being genuine. There is no way anyone can sell Maclaren and Mamas & Papas that cheap. They seem to have made them a good price to get people to fall for it. Is there no comeback from paypal or do you have to wait the 28 days they say?

I have just checked the website and it is still up and running . If you feel like this go to your Paypal account and open a dispute and ask for your money back , item not received . People are getting their money back which again is confusing as if they were scammers surely the Paypal account would be empty by now . This is what me & Nat1979 can't make our minds up about !

The people leaving positive feedback before being refunded must be worried that if they don't follow the seller's instruction to do so they won't get their money back. If instead they involve Paypal, then there is neither a need nor the possibility of leaving feedback.

You cant still think that this is real after everything im 20 and im certain its a scam.

--Just off the phone to mamas and papas head office in Huddersfield who have confirmed they have no association with www.discountbuggies.co.uk. They advised me to tread carefully before buying from this dealer. They cannot commit to say whether it is a scam on not but did confirm that no-one can put out this years latest colours ultima 8 in 1 prams for £325 with free delivery (minus ebay & paypal fees) THAT IS A FACT. Unless they are knock offs. Buyers Beware.--

This is true what they have wrote, i think you should try and get ur money back while you still can. My baby is due soon and i have already wasted 17 days waiting for my buggy to arrive. I noticed someone said they guy said they will get a email 24hrs befor item is dispatched he told me 48hrs.

Ive been really upset as its my first child and i should of known it was too good to be true.
