Anyone that leaves feedback before getting their item or a refund is misunderstanding the way it works. If other users are leaving feedback just to get a refund then more people will be suckered in to this as it all looks OK.
I also hope that all those paying by paypal are backing the payment by credit card as with these delays the money will have been cleared out of the sellers account long before any chargeback is started and without seeing the listing I am not sure that the full £500 of cover is provded. The basic £150 may not get the full amount back even if the item was less than that.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I Paid by VISA debit card and will just do a chargeback . When I spoke to Paypal they said I WOULD get the whole £100 back if the goods didn't turn up . So either way I will get my money back as my bank also said I could claim on the chargeback scheme as well . So either way I am not worried .Baby Thomas born 3 months early by emergency section on 21/1/09 weighing 1lb 15ozs .
Thomas came home after 3 months and 2 days in hospital weighing 5lb 15ozs
Thomas weighed 21lb 4ozs on his 1st birthday , a total weight gain of 18lbs 5ozs !

Either just ask the seller or if they are not helpful log into paypal and start a claim via the resolution centre for item not received. Make sure if you do the paypal route that you open a full chargeback not just a dispute,
It is likely to take around 3-4 weeks minimum for a refund to come back via paypal.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. You need to log into paypal and try the 'contact us' tab for the telephone number and that gives you a web pin which gives you a quicker access (supposedly!)I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I know what they say about self praise and all that but I take an immense amount of satisfaction by my actions of emailing in excess of 15 buyers on the ultima 8 in 1 pram being sold by this scamster for "£325" after they purchased on ebay. Since then a few have written to thank me for my actions and they have informed me thay paypal has fully refunded them. So the fact thay the refund has happened so quick the seller must have agreed that he has no goods to sell in the 1st place. The bit I cant get is that you are all leaving him positive feedback BECAUSE you got a refund from a SCAMSTER. Surely you must leave negative. What would have happened if I had not alerted all you buyers to the seller and gave you the link to this thread to read about the scammer, you would all be a few pounds lighter in your pockets today. Remember the saying "If something seems too good to be true the chances are it probably is"0

Rainman i dont know about anyone else but i never got a mebay message from you and i found this thread myself. I havent left any feedback yet because my money is not in my bank yet. But when i do leave feedback it wont be positive, i would want everyone to know not to buy from him.0

I found this thread by myself too! Plus, our money was automatically refunded by Google before we even knew it was dodgy! I'm waiting to see what happens on Oct 8th (the SUPPOSED) delivery date, and then will be leaving my feedback! I'm not expecting a buggy, cos effectively we haven't even paid now, but i'm intiriged to see if anyone else gets one.0
