I'm worried now! i've just found this by chance and I too have ordered from discount buggies. It's the first time I've used pay pal and I don't know how to cancel my order and get a refund. I didn't buy through ebay as the sale had ended, so I emailed and asked whether they were going to be listed again!!! I was told I could pay them direct through paypal as they still had some in stock!! I am worried now and feel a bit of a mug! I don't like to doubt someone trying to set up a business but I haven't got £325 to give away!! Please help!

Have you been given a "delivery date" yet ? You should be able to just go into Paypal and ask for a refund via that but unsure how if it wasn't done through Ebay . I am sure someone will be along in a minute who will know though .

im out of practice on PP so not sure on the correct steps
did you pay via a credit card or debit card?

we havent got a delivery date but we order it on 27th september so thought it would be the end of october. the wait is already killing me!!??. I just Don't know whether to wait or not, and will I get all my money back through Paypal. Its the first time we have shopped on the internet, its not a very good start!! Has anyone recieved the order or has every one cancelled before its got that far?

We paid by visa debit card. Do we have to wait till we don't recieve the good, e.g end of Oct to claim the money?

I've just emailed them to ask about delivery and had an email back saying Oct 8Th between 3 and 5!! Isn't that what everyone else had!? At least with that email I can tell Paypal it hasn't been delivered on given day!

Out of the 25 feedback comments on the first page of their feedback 10 of them were either refunded or canceled the order!!

A lot of theses sellers are dropshippers they just take orders and then pass them onto the supplier who has a warehouse full of copies from China. that said the quality can be good and the factory supplying them is probably also supplying the original manufacturer. They could also be grey imports geuine product from a country where they can be brought a lot cheaper (Turkey, Greece, Poland). Personally I would go for it through paypal you can always get a refund if you are not happy.

I think that if you think you are going to get a £545 pram for £325 you are deluded.
Also if this scammer was importing them do you not think he would sell for more than £325 with free delivery, knowing the RRP is £545, he could easily sell them for over £400, is he just a nice generous guy, errrrr, I think not. All the refunds on his feedback are due to me emailing every buyer of the ultima 8 in 1 pram after purchase. Ive yet to see one who has received the pram yet. The fact that they have been refunded before giving the seller the required 28 days to deliver tells me the scammer has agreed to refund. WHY OH WHY ONE ASKS
