This is the problem, joking aside, I am worried we will not get the money back. Not sure what we will do then. I just hope its not a long drawn out process. This is our first internet/ pay pal purchase! Guess we will shop the old fashioned way from now on!

I have just concated Paypal and asked for a full refund. Not going to wait any longer. It is just ridiculous. How can he switch his phone off knowing that people don't trust him!

Paypal said that I should get a full refund within 24 hours.

i'm pretty sure you wouldn't have a problem getting money back if you've paid by PayPal . .. . they seem to have been very good so far with this case.

Did you ring paypal? I was just filling in the resolution thing on paypal but that seems long winded way of getting money

Yes I rang them - the lady told me that she will send me an email with info how to claim the money back. So far I haven't receive any email Not being lucky!

Thats my next step then. I've emailed discount buggies and started the resolution centre thing so might as well ring as well! Our purchase was £325 and we need it back to buy something else....from a proper shop!!! I'm sure we will soon have the 'told you so' messages coming in!

ive gone straight to a claim from a dispute or it takes a while to resolve it.feel really sorry for those of you who shelled out £325,ive paid £90 and am mad enough.

I know it may seem thick but how did you make a claim
