    well, I paid £325! I am so upset! I think I will concat claim as well. Can you tell me how to do it? Shall I call them again?

    go straight into paypal,view the transaction and start a dispute in the resolution centre,whilst viewing the dispute you can escalate that to a claim to get your money back.it has worked for me before .good luck

    about 10 days after i claimed for this particular brush with an ebay scoundrel!

    We've just put in a claim. we rang paypal and they talked us through it. On the page you fill in, in additional information, we wrote that we have spoke to other people via a forumare in the same boat, so this may help with the case if everyone does it. They said it takes about 10 days to get a decision. Not sure what that means.

    I'm just a watcher on this thread but scum like this have a knock on effect to us honest sellers on Ebay. I can't see too many of you wanting to buy from Ebay again....
    Never put off until tomorrow what you can avoid doing altogether.:D

    MMmmm, afraid thats true for someone like me who hasn't bought off the internet before. Is there anywhere on ebay to complain if you don't think a company is legit?

    im an experienced and honest seller on ebay too and these people really are a minority but unfortunately these are the experiences that stick in the mind.dont be put off by these crooks,the good guys always triumph in the end...i think

    yep i too have been stung, supposed to be delivering to me in glasgow between 3 and 5 today too.

    just opened a paypal dispute.

    im really pee'd off with myself.
