Its ok, it doesn't take much!! I've had one of those weeks. The discount buggies website disapeared one day and I went into a mad panic, then today i couldn't access my emails!:eek:
I'm calm now! Until we visit the bank in about an hour!!

I would appreciate if you could forward me any info you have on the buyer from you paypal account. His name and address and any contact numbers would be much appreciated. Sorry to invade your privacy, but I only want to help many genuine buyers in a time of need to catch this crook.

I will send this out to 5 sellers tonight when I have rights to email another 5 daily allowance messages. He has 11 purchases and I see it is all baby related stuff so this swine must have a kid, I hope it does not turn out like his father to be a robbing cheating swine :eek:

By the way they changed their user ID because it had the web address in it so ebay probably made them change it.

I have messaged jessimak2, sallysaxo69, & maundrell who all sold this scamster items back in august here is the email.

Our 10 days is up today as well for paypal to have had a response to our claim from the scammer. I just logged in to paypal but there has been no change to the case in the resolution centre so perhaps the (inevitable) lack of response won't get acted on until tomorrow.
For info (in case its useful) our history was as follows: paid 23rd Sept, advised by email of the famous 8/10 delivery date which was no show. Lodged dispute on 8th which we then escalated to a claim the next day after seeing the huge amounts of neg feedback then flooding in. Now waiting to hear back from paypal...
Nb: we spoke to the credit card company that the paypal payment went through, they have put a 'temporary credit' on our account pending the outcome. Dont know if that is any help to anyone.
