I think it almost moves beyond 'just getting your money back' and becomes a principle that this scumbag needs to be caught. Other scammers have been fined or even jailed, let's add this one to the list.

Dont buy from this guy. Site is total scam. Ordered Maclaren buggy over 30 days ago, still no buggy and still no refund. Have put in dispute with paypal and am awaiting verdict. Know at the time that there were at least 15 people with the same dilemma and posted negative feedback. He still has all our money and no-one had received their goods.

You need to contact the police on the email below. They will then contact you about this matter and give you a crime number. Another one for the case!!:T

I agree! For me the money has become a separate thing that we will probably all be fighting alone, but this is about not being a victim and getting justice. This is a criminal act that shouldn't be brushed under the carpet.

I am just trying to think of the money as gone then if I get it back it's a bonus. It is now about hopefully getting this person found so it doesn;t happen to others. I feel lucky in that the pushchair I ordered was £70 and more for a holiday abroad, I'm not pregnant or have a very young baby like others.

I'll definately learn from this, I thought I was so careful! I have had a call back form the police officer dealing with this - missed her call so will ring her back in the morning with the details she needs, I'm glad this is being taken seriously.

Same here . . . . i'm not doing this for myself but more for justice and all the other innocent people who already have been scamed, or who may potentially be scammed in the future. I just want to wipe the smirk off his face and teach him a lesson! ;)

    Hi,
I have also been scammed with this one, my wife found the ebay listing and wanted to buy one (pram addiction!) , it was £65, so hopefully covered by paypal, some of the money was from my paypal funds and the rest (£27) was via my credit card through paypal.

Just doing a little investigating, I put part of the discountbuggies website into google in quotes and noticed ..

"When you receive your goods, it is important that you inspect them before signing for the delivery. If you are suspicious that the goods are damaged, or the box containing the goods looks badly damaged"

google found a match at http://www.bikesandprams.co.uk/page.php?xPage=terms.html

Also... "Please check your item immediately for any manufacturing faults or defects and report to us within 3 working days. If a part is missing, damaged or broken, there is usually no need to send the whole item back. Contact us and we will send any item(s) to you free of charge the next working day (whenever possible)."

    this is from http://www.diddyland.co.uk/shopcontent.asp?type=Delivery

So scammer took some of the text from these websites and probably more
