MS-> Barclaycard online account warning

Sorry to bump an old thread, but I am having problems logging in with Barclaycard, too.

My passcode and ID number are correct, as is my memorable word. I even changed the memorable word just do double-check, but they still say that my login failed.

Amazon also had trouble processing an order with my Barclaycard today (despite it being in healthy shape). Could this be related?

Anybody else having problems?

Even when Barclaycard blocked my card last year, I could still log in to my account, so I'd be surprised if the two are connected.

(Btw, I logged in to the B'card site at lunch-time today without difficulty.)

If you ring B'card Card Services during business hours on 01604 230230, you'll avoid the perishing 0870/0844 numbers and, with luck, the overseas call centre or try Card Services on 0800-9177-277

I have had an online account with barclaycard for years with no problems, but since they updated their site 6 months ago I have been unable to log on. I have phoned them on numerous occasions but even with their help I still get the message security violation. They told me they have no problem logging on to my account but what good is that to me. They told me it must be my computer so I tried several others - same message. Anyone have any ideas.
