Could I ask which webstie you use? :)

I used the old MS login page that I had saved to my favourites. It re-directed me to this page

Yes, it finally works, should have worked on Monday morning, finally works Wednesday. It's slow, but works.

I am getting rid of my BarclayCard.
  • I'm hacked off with this too. As I have a £0 balance on this new card, after paying it off ages ago, I thought I would do a couple of balance transfers. Phoned up, got an 'offshore adviser' and was told I couldn't do it yet, but they'd call me when I could!! what's going on??

  • I am kicking myself that I didn't take my cashback cheque from MS before the switchover, I phoned Barclaycard today to ask for the cashback cheque, only to be informed that I can only pay it off against the balance!

I don't want to do this, as the balance will be paid off next month when I get my expenses back. So, this will mean the card is in credit!

Am not happy as its £75 that I would prefer to put into my ISA.
:D Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!:D

I'm probably missing something here but can't you just transfer £75 from your expenses into you ISA

have finally managed to register and log on so at least can pay off my balance. I intend to use my outstanding cashback to pay off my balance, but unless i'm not looking properly (highly possible) i can see nowhere on the new account service that details cashback already earned so i at least know how much i have against my balance. Any ideas anybody?

I don't remember seeing this when I could login earlier. Unfortunately, it's too slow to log in now and just times out!

    A smooth transition:rotfl:

No, it's paid directly into the card account - rather than paid through salary as it is directly charged on - long story....

  • Does anyone know who I am suppose to pay my outstanding balance off to? (Morgan Stanley or Barclaycard) which is due in middle of Oct

The statement is from Morgan Stanley, and so I would assume Morgan Stanley? as the account number on the statement is the Morgan Stanley one.
  • Are any of you having trouble logging in?

I'm an original BC customer and I've not been able to log in since yesterday.
