Morning D friends, Didn't sleep much even though I put 2 pillows where DH should have been, tried to fool myself.

Have phoned and spoke to Ben, the staff did obs every 2 hrs so he didn't get much rest. He will have the brain scan today. Drs, 4 of them, have seen him and will deceide what to do when they have the results. I am going to see him and will prob be there all day, would sleep there if I could.

DD1&2 are going to visit this afternoon. Not much else to say really, not much OSing today.

I've read through posts and want to thank all of you for your support and kind wishes, I don't feel I'm going through this nightmare on my own, Bless you all.

MUMMYSAVER, I hope the scum that attacked DF's Sis get sent down. My DGD is very nervous after her attack and doesn't want to go out. ((hugs))

Beth - I'm so pleased that you have managed to speak to Ben, it must be a relief to have been able to hear his voice. I hope everything is okay today and that the results are all good ones. Hugs to you all, and some extras to your dd and her bump as well. Thanks for the thoughts about my friend's sis, I'm not surprised your dgd is nervous, df's sis wouldn't leave the house for about a week, then she came out briefly with df to say hello at work, but wouldn't go anywhere at all unaccompanied, and then would only trust one of her brothers to take her anywhere or her mum. She went away to Mauritius to stay with family for 6 weeks, and tbh it did her the world of good to just get away. Now she is back and is stll very nervous about going anywhere and always ensures she is with someone, it is terrible as she's only 19 and should be getting out and about and enjoying herself.

Have spent far too long on here today. Need to go and make a fish pie for tea and get a load of washing on the line. Bathroom needs cleaned and I wante to spend some time in the garden. Managed to get 6 punnets of strawberries reduced to 10p last night in Tesco's so jam making is on the agenda for some stage today.

Well I've loads I should be doing today, but I've spent half of it trying to get on here :rotfl: ( don't know why I'm bothering with smilies, seeing as they're not showing on other's posts :rolleyes: ) But I'm out tonight, going to see Jersey Boys :j :j :dance: :dance: :dance: I've ironed my best linen trousers in honour of the occasion, and a smart top Now if I can just get my hair to behave............

Might just let myself have a quick look round, then I really must go do something!!!!!
