Oh look it's experience08, that Housing board veteran who seems to know all our comings and goings and all our histories despite only having 9 posts. I'm honoured because you have used the last two of your huge post count to have a go at me. Do you only log on for this purpose I wonder?
Why not use your real ID to sl ag me off you coward. Oh, I forgot you made a big deal about putting me on Ignore, so you can't do that can you :rotfl:
What a loser.
p.s. I think we all know who's !!!!!!'s barbs were aimed at, so don't come the innocent. Actually, that's a well worn tactic of !!!!!! - to start a fight then run and hide behind his friends crying about how he's being picked on. It just convinces me that you're !!!!!!'s alternate logon (one of many).Mortgage Free in 3 Years (Apr 2007 / Currently / Δ Difference)

Strange because I cannot recall one sign from you, one anecdotal, about the coming recession. Surely a man in your senior position would have noticed the impact of recession that must be hitting the docks right now?0

You lot want to hear bad news all the time and have to shout down anyone that brings balanced views (good news) to the debate.
It shows how immature and pathetic you are and does nothing for your cause.
Whether you like it or not some property is selling and not at the 50% price drops that you require to get on to the property ladder.
Instead of wasting time on here pasting hate mail get off your @rses and get a job, and start to do some serious saving like the rest of us did when we started out buying our first houses.0 -
Now look, I've had a triff day. Two loads of washing done and dried, down the allotment chatting to the people on the lotty next door, he's a window cleaner and she works in an office and they've paid their mortgage 'cos they are frugal. Then chatted to the Italian couple in their 80's, they gave us the leaves from their beetroot crop.
Came home, did the garden, set 70 lavender cuttings scavanged from a local hedge. Made a fab chicken curry in the slow cooker and home made naan bread served with the said beetroot leaves. Lovely!
So, be nice! What's to be gained from vitriol?0 -

What was the presentation about - if we can ask?
Essentially an overview of the state of the market locally, a few predictions, a few anecdotals etc all to guide business managers for the bank in making informed lending decisions
Riveting to no-one except me. And you lot.
It was a bit like a summary of here but without the bun fight. Or wine.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
