A little clue for you - Martin Lewis doesn't spend his time 24x7 personally supervising the board.
If you want to see where 'zero moderation' gets you, take a look at Usenet.
It's blatantly against board rules to use multiple identities - anyone doing so should be kicked off.
It's also not too much to expect posts to stand on the record.--
Every pound less borrowed (to buy a house) is more than two pounds less to repay and more than three pounds less to earn, over the course of a typical mortgage.0 -

Shame you dont practise what you preach!I must fess up to doing this to the bulls since I joined. Funny thing is, that once you get past the bull / bear argument, there are actually damn fine people on both sides of the divide, with one or two exceptions fairly equally split between those pov.
Explained by Job History to you and you still could not accept that maybe I do know about the port industry.0 -

ok, we want to know about house prices crash & not the "port industry"0 -
Fair enough but the port industry will always be first to show recession or growth you just have to spot the signs early enough.Ivan_Konstantinov wrote: »ok, we want to know about house prices crash & not the "port industry"0 -
Strange because I cannot recall one sign from you, one anecdotal, about the coming recession. Surely a man in your senior position would have noticed the impact of recession that must be hitting the docks right now?pickles110564 wrote: »Fair enough but the port industry will always be first to show recession or growth you just have to spot the signs early enough.0 -

lol, dear me. I think old !!!!!! is losing the plot! :rotfl:
"Inability to delete old posts so your post stands on public record"
lol, I always knew !!!!!! was a pompous oaf, but this made me bark in laughter, literally! I mean, "public record", does he think so much of his posts that they're going to be stored in goverment archives to allow future historians to pour over them?
Mind you, since I became convinced that !!!!!! is actually a cyborg* sent tback from the future to prevent a House Price Armageddon then maybe he knows that historians will study our rants in the future!!!
*Deduced because !!!!!! has never cracked a joke or said anything intentionally funny. Only machines have this capability (and Jim Davidson), ergo !!!!!! is a robot with human flesh over an poly-alloy endoskeleton!Mortgage Free in 3 Years (Apr 2007 / Currently / Δ Difference)

Generali's rules for a happy forum:
1. Don't engage in ad hominem arguments*
2. Only respond to ad hominem arguments with strictly on topic responses*
3. Never get into a slanging match*
4. Remain polite and unflappable at all times*
*I freely admit I have broken this rule but I really try not to.
I did think, hold on thats a bit rich coming from someone who accused another poster of being a "Horrible Racist" i think it was, only yesterday !!!..

It was Zammo. There was a particularly nasty thread about 18 months ago over a weekend (so the mods weren't especially on the ball) where he was saying that non-whites are an inferior subspecies and so should be deported to prevent the continued contamination of the English racial purity.
That and his regularly professed support for the BNP as the preferred party of Government leaves little doubt in my mind that Zammo is a nasty little racist. I'm about the last person that could reasonably be considered PC too but there really are limits.
I do say that I don't always practice what I preach.0 -
