I also just received my replacement twist and glide lip gloss in the mail. I ordered 2 coral but was sent 2 pink ones instead. I emailed them and told them they had sent the wrong product and the product code appeared to be wrong. They said they would send out the right ones immediately. So i get them and I have been sent 2 Coral lip gloss sticks:mad: NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR!!!! Forf gods sake, what is so hard about getting it right! I have had to email them again complaining!!! Ooh I've just seen that she has ordered the coin sorter (04937) for £9 - is this the same one in HT17 (55251) for £6.45?0

OK, so have made the total over £78 so I get some commission, have spent all that on more on stuff for myself - well 2 xmas pressies and lots of HT clearance stuff. I can't order from the cat as I don't have them - damn! I am reluctant to press send to Avon...0

I'm not sure I don't have an HT on me. Those coin sorters are really popular though. Sure someone will be along shortly that does have one to let you know.Avon Rep

Ok somebody HELP!!!
This campaign I have added 2 additional orders, 1 because a customer gave me an order late and 1 because I am a complete numpty and didn't check the quantities on a customer's order.
I have received the order for the customer who ordered late and that is all fine.
The second additional, for the items that I missed comes to a total of £16.92 and I know there is a charge of £2.50 for an additional order, so how come Avon are charging me £40.26? This is the information showing on their website.
Can anyone help?0 -
Sorry AvonNewbie, as you can see, I make a hash of things myself but someone should be able to tell you who knows what they are doing x0

Thats not right, they should be responding withing 48 hours. But sometimes they shift them around a lot, some asm's don't last very long at all and maybe the new one hasn't contacted you, so you don't know who she is.
But if it's still the same lady, give avon a call. Let them know you've contacted her and had nothing back
Its an old ASM who has had a 4mth break! Thought she might be backlogged with emails thats why I left it so long!
I Think it may have been an SL trying to sign reps as no one else on that street had her go round & Ive about 15 customers on that street - Mind you the 1 door she did knock on the lady rang re immediately & told her that no-one would be interested as they were already covered by me!:DAvon C11 £751.22! Hi AvonNewbie,
the best thing to do is to check your invoice.
If you go online to your account, look at "my account", look at "track orders" and the invoice that you have just submitted, it will tell you how much it is for and detail what the costs are.0
