I finally get hold of a customer about her items from C14 now she doesnt want them and not doesnt want to see a book anymore :mad: She kept on ringing me saying i'll be in tomorrow pop round or i'll come over tomorrow to get it and she never did!!!! How annoying!!!

That's not very nice behaviour. She should just have been honest with you. I think people don't realise that avon is a business for us and for some of us our only income.

Last time one of mine did that it was because her husband had just been made redundant so there may be a good reason - although really annoying.

In the 4 years or so since I have done Avon, I've never had a call from my SL or ASM. I have rung her about twice. Would be really cross if she tried pushing me and would definately not give her customer addresses.

As to delivery problems, last two campaigns had wrong items/items missing. Reckon they must have new staff.

Can someone help me please?!?! I placed my order online at work, didn't realise I was rota'd in until last week and then I got home at midnight last night to find someone had popped an order through my door for £47!!! I am now away for the weekend so can't get to her until Monday, she hasn't left a number.
Is it worth ringing Avon to add this to my order? What can I do???

Well my order is due today and I at least seem to have had a better time of it this campaign. Haven't totalled my orders yet but I think it is gradually getting better. Hope I don't see much I want for myself this time though as I am trying hard not to spend the little comission I earn. I do think I will take part in the money maker for the Absynthe. Ordered the In Bloom ones but they will be getting sent back as no one has ordered them and the ones that have tried it, don't like it, a bit overpowering if you ask me.

For £47 I would try to add it on or do an additional order - perhaps make it up to min value. Do you have another rep locally who can order it for you with their order?

lyndsey I would try calling Avon and adding it to your order, it's quite a bit of money so would be worth trying to do this without paying the £2.50 additional charge. Is she one of your regulars?

Thanks guys - she has ordered from me before, she is ordering the coin sorter and some underwear. I think she may have e-mailed me in the past, might track her e-mail address down if Avon can't help me. I think my ASM is on holiday so can't ask her, I will try her as well too. x
