hey can anyone help?? you know on the back of camp16 with the body sparys... it says that it is 99p with each purchase in the brochure, one of my ladies bought the anew cream for £20 and she wanted to buy all 3 of the body sprays at 99p each... I wasn't sure I thought myself it was one for each purchase i.e she'd have to buy 3 things to get the 3 sprays?

can anyone give me some advice regarding this?

Just checked my brochure and yes she would need to buy 3 products from the mag to get all 3 of them for 99p

Other wise she can have 1 for 99p as she has brought the cream, but she will have to spend £3.50 each for the other 2 sprays

See if you can entice her to buy 2 more items to get the other 2 for 99p

I did it that way with one of my customers, she wanted all 3 but only brought 2 items so i showed her the offer on page 99 which is fab at buy one get 1 free, and that way she got the sprays at the discount price as well as 2 gifts for her daughter

Craftydesignz - every new rep gets free brochures in their 2nd campaign I think, and yes, HT orders count towards your targets

Chillin Nutta - providing you are ordering more than 3 things, I don't see why you couldnt order 3 of those 99p body sprays anyway. It's up to you as you could either push them to order more, or you could make it clear that as a valued customer you will do her the favour of letting her have the offer just this once. It might make her so grateful you end up with more orders in future, with a higher value in total than what you can push her to buy this time?

I admit I read the HT offer 3 times as I was surprised it was so much cheaper than the brochure price. I agree that it is usually only about 50p better than utilising the 25% comm rate. I'm placing my order today, so will double check it isnt a pricing error in HT as I'm still a bit dubious lol

I only placed the order last night?!?! So her order is £47, you think I should bump this up with £30 of items to earn some commission? Or at least my £2.50 back? Shouldn't be too hard as I didn't order any bargains this time as I lost out last campaign with customers not paying. Will have to order from HT as I don't have anything on me what with going away. If I place the additional order now, reckon it will turn up with my usual order?

Awww Lyndsey that is crap! Can't believe they refuse to add it to your order. They should at least let you add it on minus the £2.50. If i were you I would place the additional order and order some stuff so you can at least get your comission.
