HiYA
I have just recently started doing avon and found this thread while searching the net, Thanks guys you have helped me so much already
Just a quick question
I placed my first order today, It was a day late as i was in bed yesterday due to having flu, Anyway managed to get my order placed and accepted
But now im confused as i have just checked avon, and my account balance is £204.10,
I know i pay once i have been paid by the customers , within 13 days, But whats confusing as when i did my order, it said that my take of it was £65.78
My total orders were around £210 on a rough guide
On top of that i ordered 5 packs of brouchers, 5 items for a £5, and a moisterizer from the HT for £1.25
I know i have to pay the £7.50
I cant seem to find anywhere on the avon site to show me how it was worked out
But where has the rest of my profit gone
Any help woudl be great
Thanks

Do Avon read this? They should. Seems so many of us are getting problems with deliveries and returns as well
I have had one delivery with over 40 items missing! Rang to complain, not sure the woman understood me though!
How do they expect you to be able to deliver it all & pay on time when you end up having to do it in 2 parts due to the items missing plus get all your books out ready for the next order!
Thankfully my last delivery only had about 10 items missing - even that is too much! Most were mine so never mind!
How has everyone found C15, Ive only given books to regulars so far but orders are much lower this time?Avon C11 £751.22! C12 £722.42! C13 £651.93! C14 £1180.37:j0 -

Hi Ammie,
When you place your order there is an option to view sub-total.
Give it a day for processing, then go on to view invoice & there will be a breakdown on there.Avon C11 £751.22! C12 £722.42! C13 £651.93! C14 £1180.37:j0 -
AVON should read this! and i think having your SL tell you she will give your roads to someone else so they can do a better job is awful. i know they need to push us but encouragement would help rather than putting you off. I have quite a few streets and there are LOADS of people who get it from work or have a friend that does avon or purely arent interested. PLUS not every customer is going to buy every time...especially when campaigns arent monthly
I got a courtesy (sp?) call from a nice man from avon telling me ive done really well -especially during the summer holidays when people are away -and how much ive earned to date and if i had any questions to ask me. etc
THEN my sales leader came round and went over my figures and was really disappointed that my sales had dropped so 'dramatically'. she was asking what i could do etc and no matter how many times i told her ive done deals and promotions and recanvassed etc she kept pushing
I felt like saying maybe next year ill hide my customers passports so they cant go on holiday shall i!? I was proud for doing that well considering how many people were on hols and she made me feel guilty.camp 12=£443 13=£425 14=£277 15=£474 16=£492 17=£438 18=£437 1=£319 2=£153:o 3=£220 :jSALES LEADER:j4=£202 5=£191 6=£167 7=£193 8=£216 9=£211

and...question...some things in HT (demos) are only a few quid than they are in the brochure. surely if you waited a few weeks about bought the same things from the brochure you would effectively be getting it at the same price AND make your commission too? is that right? xcamp 12=£443 13=£425 14=£277 15=£474 16=£492 17=£438 18=£437 1=£319 2=£153:o 3=£220 :jSALES LEADER:j4=£202 5=£191 6=£167 7=£193 8=£216 9=£211

Hi ammie, welcome to the thread.
When you log into your account on https://www.avon.co.uk, click on the second tab, my orders, click on track an order, look for your order, then click on Invoice number, the actual number underlined. This will bring up your invoice and details discount earned and where no discount is applicable and on what items. This should help you to understand what you have been charged for.0 -
I'm worried at the fact many people are saying things are being missed from their orders... does this happen a lot? Do you have to contact Avon and wait for the missing items?0

Some within AVON are a pain aren't they!
I had a covering ASM, She signed me up, every campaign she would send us an newsletter letting us know how well our sales are going etc.
But now the original ASM has come back after 4 months off, I emailed her as I heard someone else had been on my patch ... 4wks on and no reply!
I bet if my sales were low she would soon be on the phone!Avon C11 £751.22! C12 £722.42! C13 £651.93! C14 £1180.37:j0 -
Does anyone know what the stock is like of the pink hair straightener mats. I sold a few last campaign and some people have asked for more. Feeling is that they are out of stock has anyone not had them delivered recently.I have never met a calorie yet I didn't like!!0

I have huge deliveries so I expect items missing! I request immediate replacement & they usually arrive in 5-7days
