Not avon related as such...how do you put that little line under your comments with permanent little messages/avon order values/guotes etc? think it would motivate me to see mine change every camp xcamp 12=£443 13=£425 14=£277 15=£474 16=£492 17=£438 18=£437 1=£319 2=£153:o 3=£220 :jSALES LEADER:j4=£202 5=£191 6=£167 7=£193 8=£216 9=£211

Hi All
Could you please help me with a few questions - I'm new to Avon!
Which items count towards MOV? Does it include Brochures/Stationary, samples, demonstration products but not clearance from HT?
If you do reach MOV by including the allowable HT products do you get discount on your brochure sales? For example if I had £50 of orders and £30 of HT allowable products would I get my discount on the £50 of brochure orders?
Many thanks0 -

Hi There,
All items count towards MOV, But you only get brochure items counting for discount & the discount only applies once your sales get to £78.
So if as you said sales are £50 & you spend £30 in HT then yes your £50 brochure sales will earn you money!Avon C11 £751.22! C12 £722.42! C13 £651.93! C14 £1180.37:j0 -
well my asm called me back last night, after that rude rep had called me. She gave me the street about 3 weeks ago, when she logged on to her account it says that the terrority belongs to this other rep- which im not bothered about. However this other rep told me it was the asm that told her to ring me! She has told me this is complete rubbish and she would never do this- i dont know who or what to believe. I was up all last night worrying about seeing this woman- as her child also goes to the same school as my daughter- i did see her this morning but im sure she doesnt know who i am! My asm also asked me if i wanted more terrority but after what happened last night i said not to worry about finding me any more! Now im debt free i want to be fat free too!0

Thats awful Hannahsmummy, it would really upset me too...but maybe she is feeling bad about it too now, you never know! I would just let the dust settle and carry on with the roads you know you have safely and then maybe in a few weeks ask the asm about the roads that are available for more territory....why should you let this rep spoil your possible increased income!!
Thanks for your reply Spethmeister, I was thinking I hadn't done very well but you have made me feel better!
also Hi to WestEdge  I am new to Avon too, but finding this thread invaluable x
I am putting my first order in tonight, am disapointed to have not had a couple of people order (family/friends) but never mind...will give them C16 in the hope that they will order from that one as they will probably only order every other campaign or so anyway.....
Just a quick question again regarding my incentive (free AT shampoo or conditioner with a spend of £20 or more) do any of you think I should decrease the order value to get the free gift? I was just thinking that as I am canvassing my territory for the first time...will it put people off to think that they need to be spending that sort of amount? just a thought I had...what do you think?Starting with Avon C6 target sales £150.000 -
69chick, your first order is brilliant!
Do you want to know how much my first order was for?
£30!!!! No MOV, NO HOV, nothing!0 -
69chick, I started off offering incentives that if they spent £10, they would get a free gift, and as I started getting these orders, increased the next book to £15 per order. So it really is a judgement call.
If the orders you have been receiving are for over £20 per customer, then keep this as your incentive, if it is less, you might want to drop the incentive order amount to £15.
But good luck and I hope it brings you lots more sales. :-)0 -
hannahsmummy - oh dear! Not very good ASM huh! But nor is mine. She sent me an email saying if I drove, she would give me more territory. In the first email I told her I didn't have access to a car...
Take the more territory and build your empire and stuff this other rude rep. You build a bigger and better Avon empire than her. :-)0
