I've been away for the weekend. But nothing has been put through my door and my neighbours haven't mentioned anything. My delivery day is always Friday. Do they always leave a card to say they've tried to deliver? Perhaps it's because they couldn't get into my building ( i live in a flat). Should i call Avon and ask?:huh:

Hi,

Sorry to interrupt the conversation but how do you know when your delivery day is? I wasn't told this by my ASL and it doesnt say anything on the Avon site except 'RECEIVED BY COURIER'?

Hi,
If you log on to the avon site under 'my orders' tab go to orders and delivery dates and it will tell you when your delivery is.

I'm still a bit confused tho as I started too late for the C14 original delivery date so I've back-ordered- they all say Wednesday so should I take this a bench mark day do you think?

Hi,

Just been to collect some brochures and feel really fed up that even though I put a sticker on all my brochure bags telling them when I'm collecting that half never even put out the bag. I'm now going to have to go back tomorrow morning and the street I wanted to deliver to today will now have to wait.

Somethimes I wonder whether it is all worth it..... to top it all off just had a dizzy spell and nearly toppled over as my neck has been playing up for the pass few days.

Hi, yes, call Avon and find out where your delivery is. I live in a house, and the 2 times the courier couldn't deliver to me, he left me a card to call the courier office, and I also received a call from Avon telling me where the delivery was.

That is really worrying, imagine he delivered and left it outside!:eek:

hi pinkbabe, when I first started doing avon I had the same problem, and had to put through so many yellow cards,telling them I would be back.

One day, hardly anyone had put theirs out in one particular close,and i put the cards through, went back the next day, no one had left their books out, so thought sod it, I am leaving the books.

I went back a month later with the new books and they had left the books out.... and one even complained I hadn't collected for a month and didn't want me leaving anymore.. so they must have left them out the following day when I didn't go back a third time!!!!!

It does get easier, and I think when they realise you are serious they will start leaving them out.

Do you suffer from vertigo? dizziness could be caused by that.

Sam, your ASM or SL should have told you, your delivery dates in advance. My SL did, for each campaign, well first 4.

Then you get a letter from Avon with each delivery that lists your delivery dates.

What is your submission date? Delivery is the following week, less one day. For example if your submission day is Wednesday, delivery will be the following tuesday.

Thanks, yeah i'll give them a call. There is still time today for it to arrive though so hopefully it's on it's way. My delivery status on my page doesn't say it's been delivered though so i guess that's good
