The loyalty card sounds like a fab idea!!! Do you actually make cards or just tell them their total? Sorry if I sound a bit dense, but could you explain it in more detail, I need something to up my sales next month!
Just sent my C10 order, disappointed, oh well! AND quite a few yellow dots, hope they are all there!!!0 -
If making loyalty cards i would put a deadline on it say 6 - 10 campaigns. I know someone who did a similar thing and some of her customers only spent a few £'s each campaign - it didnt increase her sales with certain customers but she was warned that even if it took them 30 campaigns to reach £100 because she didnt put an expiry date on she would have to remain a rep untill all customers on the scheme had decided to no longer take part or completed it or she could face legal action for false advertising from a customer.
I know its petty but there is always one who will try it on.
My C10 total is £0 I havent had time to put my books out this week so ive got a lot of work to do over the next few days.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T

Yes princesswoo, i think your right, I will add an expiry date.
I have loads of work to do too, 45 books to collect and give straight back out again.
i always leave it to the last minute and then am running around crazy:j:D

Also have you thought what you will do if say 10 customers all complete the offer at the same time and all want £10 off their order with the voucher but all decide to only spend £10 - therefore free. You will have to pay out personnaly for £80 worth of goods. So no orders just all freebies.
I'd consider changing it to say ''goodie bag worth £10 (products may vary)'' then you can pick up bargain items over the next few campaigns say a lipstick for £1 but RRP £5 or some bubble baths on 3 for £5 rrp £4 each - therefore costing you less money but the customer still gets there £10 worth of freebies.
I just dont want to see anyone out of pocket - yeah we all like to thank our customers but were in this to make money for ourselves not give it all back to the customer.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T

You could also do the loyalty idea as a discount , that way its not costing you anything, something like spend £xx 10 times and get 10% off , spend £xx 20 times and get 20% off , at least that way you are not out of pocket0

Good evening all
I just checked my order - and for the first time the green yellow and red symbols showed up - There are quite a few yellows meaning supply at risk and I won't be putting in my order until monday. Does this mean I probably won't get the items?
Eeek!!!0 -

KatieJane - I wouldn't worry too much. I've had yellow dots before when placing an order and everything arrived okay. I haven't received items that were red crosses, so best inform customers if you've any of those. HTH.

Thanks Coxy - Thankfully I had one red cross and it was a free gift - so I'll just choose something else
I'm collecting my last set of books tomorrow evening - so excited!0 -

Im on my first campaign and have been given a credit limit of £200. So far im at £145 with books still to collect. Im worrying what will happen if I go over the limit as I dont want to let customers down and cant afford to put money upfront.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
