A SL on here will be able to check for you - we just need your postcode! I'd advise you to PM it to someone - I would say me, but I'm at work & don't know my account number so can't check for you until the morning!!!

Hopefully a SL will be along in a bit & be able to check for you;)
Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A

    Hi

I've just finished my first campaign, C10 and put in my order yesturday for £260. Its still all new to me so still trying to get used to it all.

I have just had a phone call asking if they can order something from C11 but will need it before my next order is due in July. Is there anyway of ordering this for her as the order is over £60.

Well done on your total. Im not sure if you can order out of Campaign 11 yet but im sure someone more experienced will shed somemore light on this for you.

But i suppose it depends on what your customer has ordered and wheter you can do a bit or creative ordering from C9 - C10 and the HT mags and pay the £2.50 delivery for an additional order.

If you submitted C10 yesterday, does your website now say C11 due in 20 days (or similar?)

If so, I think you can put an additional order through for campaign 11 at a cost of £2.50, leaving your regular order for the usual date. You should receive the additional order within 7-10 working days and then your regular order on it's usual date. Add a few more bits to the order - demo, stationery, whatever, to get you to the £78 mark so you at least get a discount.

LozzaB - Many thanks, I have just checked and it does say C11 now, do you know if I will have to pay for my last order before this next order will be delivered?

No I don't think so as it isn't due yet.

tigrisdea - Thanks for your reply - that's a really good idea. I think I'll do a sample pack for every customer next time round.

I delivered a book to a lady yesterday and she called me today. She said she loved Avon but hadn't had it for ages and just wanted to make sure I would deliver her order (rather than her picking it up) as she would be ordering a lot, seeing as she hasn't had it for a while!!! :D

Can't wait to pick my books up now!

Also, what is the sample pack like that you get when you order over £250? Thanks
