Avon Hints and Tips (Part 2)

Not doing too badly this time, orders of £217 so far and at least one order to come from work, one customer is dropping a book off and one customer is texting her order. Going to drop to last few houses this week. Have been on holiday so haven't had time to canvass territory yet, there's lots of houses I've only been to once so might try them again this week if I have time x

Doing well!:j Is everything going smoother this time? I seem to remember last campaign you had lots of people not in for deliveries! Good luck with the houses you've only been to once, hopefully you'll get some new customers!:T In the end I've managed to shift all bar one order - she's always been a pain so gave her a letter this time saying something along the lines - I tried to deliver your order on the day & time I stated in my delivery confirmation letter, have tried ringing, left a message with someone - if you don't contact me by Saturday then I'll assume circumstances have changed and you no longer wish to receive your order. They seem the type of people to expect you to go to great lengths for them with little return! This was her biggest order at £6!Glad to be able to cross her off the list!:rotfl:

I still have two orders to get out. One customer told me to go yesterday, I went and was told she's in Devon til Tuesday but was also given another order that she'd left for me for C9 And a regular hasn't answered so I text her and she's been away and will be home Tuesday so slightly better than last time on the delivery front :rotfl::rotfl:

do books go towards your sales target? i'm sure i read that it was possible to ask for older discontinued products somewhere but can't think where.can anybody help me?

Everything that you order counts towards your sales figures, books, HT products, clearance products etc. If there is something specific you are looking for then it might be worth ringing up to see if they happen to have any spare - as the "wanted ads" are on hold at the moment, presumably due to a lot of people being ripped off. Or you could try looking on ebay there is a lot of Avon products for sale on there.

the wanted items are 'old'.one was a small pot of creme perfume and the other occur perfume.

Well, just submitted my order and for once there was nothing out of stock! Which makes a nice change!

Got more or less all my orders in now and not one watch, dosent bother me as items are loads cheaper in C8 anyway so more profit for us :j

Lol I know what you mean about the watches, managed to get family to buy 2 as I mentioned to my Mum that people had spent enough on the make-up to be able to get the watch but hadn't chosen too! Some of the make-up I couldn't back-order due to the different styles, but still back-ordered a fair bit (like the nail varnishes) and there was still enough for family to get 2 watches and for me to get myself one!!!
