    My you've all been busy on here this Bank Holiday weekend!!
    Summer - I did get the starter pack this time, can't wait to see the treats in it!!
    I now have a 50p outstanding balance too - can't remember who said they had the same think, PO say you don't need to pay 50p but it still showed up on my statement!!
    I've had well over a week off from Avon. Feel guilty, but needed a break from it. Will be delivering Wed/Thur and Friday morning before I go away for the weekend, then start the week after dropping brochures. Hope the weather stays like this, makes it so much more enjoyable!!!

    i tell new reps about creative ordering on the 2nd appointment as some might get confused with too much info.
    1st appoinment stick to the basics , follow the appointment pack and give them the brochures
    2nd appointment show them how to order and at the same time explain the backordering makes much more sense that way.

    you have to remember that they are totally new to it all and i remember once my asm left me i almost forgot half of what she said and had to read up
    That makes alot of sense. Never thought of it like that.

    Don't feel guilty I always have a few days off after I have submitted my order. Then it starts all over again. It has gone really dull here I spoke to soon me thinks:rolleyes: I agree it is so much easier doing Avon when the sun is shining.

    Cheers for that info, and about how you build your team! Have registered on flissys, just waiting for an email from them so I can actually get on there lol! Are those appointment packs one of the things you order out of HT? There is a big long list of things for sales leaders in HT and I haven't got a clue which of them are essential things for signing people up and which are things you might want to purchase but don't need to if you get what I mean:p

    Are there any advantages to signing up with either a Sales Leader or Area Manager and if you dont know any Sales Leaders, how would you choose one:confused:Thanks

    Is the website working for anyone else ? need to make a paymentt and it won't work - just my luck!

    Hi, I signed up with an ASM as I applied through the website, and I'd say go for a SL who is local to you! ASM are so busy, she was late on the first appointment and then never turned up for the 3rd one with no explanation! With SL making a percentage of their teams sales they have much more reason to give you all the help that they can!

    Just tried and it isn't working for me either! You can pay over the phone I think.
