Yup. Its one order comprising items from brochures 8 & 9. Your next order date will be 3 weeks later and you will be able to order from brochures 9 & 10.Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

It'll be fine, its just to keep the brochures dry so you can reuse them.
I buy the gripseal ones off ebay, they're quite sturdy and can be used many times. But I think everyone uses different onesPlease do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

YEAH! Go for it girl!
Cheapy bags will be fine until you work out the best option for you. Some people just use really cheap poly bags, although I prefer to use slightly more expensive ones which I can use till they fall apart. It's personal preference really.
I use these

Just signed up to Avon and have been told there are no streets for me. I haven't seen anything Avon for the 3 months I've lived here.
I live 3 hours away from my family, so I'm starting to worry that I'm not going to get any orders.
Any Ideas?0 -
Have you mentioned that you haven't had a book through your door? Might be worth mentioning to your sl/asm just in case the rep who is meant to be doing those has given up with territory and so you could have it.
If not, I know some people have given books to local shops, hairdressers etc, I take some in work and have sent male colleagues home with a book for their wives too lol. I too have a little difficulty with family, my family is a hour away with my sister in the opposite direction to my Mum lol! So I give them each a couple of books for the full 3 weeks, and then when I take their orders I give them the next book. Might be worth trying? They give me their orders over the telephone, and you could always post them a book if you needed to. My Mum is great and takes a book in her workplace so I have several people ordering through her, and my sister also has a couple of neighbours who occaisionly order. Definately worth asking around absolutely everyone you can think of if they would like a book or if they know someone who would!Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -
Keep your chin up Johanne - most things work out for the best in the end. Just remember you've got lots of 'cyberfriends' here :grouphug:
Welcome to the madhouse Hob
Like Lozza, I use 3 calling books - 1 for area A, 1 for area B, and 1 for F&F. It works best if you split your areas into 4 (A & B, parts 1 & 2)
My delivery pattern is:
Week 1
Mon. Del books to area A part 1. Collect Thurs.
Tues. Del books to area B part 1. Collect Fri
Wed. Delivery arrives - sort & start delivering.
Week 2
Mon. Del books to area A part 2. Collect Thurs
Tues. Del books to area B part 2. Collect Friday
Week 3
Concentrate on tying up loose ends and making sure all orders are in.
Wed/Thurs - place order for delivery the next Wed.
Keeping the days the same each week means that you can re-use your 'collection day' slips too, so minimise printing.
People who have ordered get their new book with their order, and like Lozza, I use a 'B' to mark those in my book. For everyone else, I put a diagonal line when I deliver the brochure and cross it when I collect.
I have a list of 'Hints & Tips' collected over 30 campaigns. If you'd like a copy, then just pm me your email addy.
Hope that's some help
Can I get your Hints&Tips as well? my email: annawoznik@yahoo.co.uk thanks
I just started working with Avon and I read almost all the posts. I read your system of delivering books, does it mean that you place 2 orders in each campaign? My leader told me not to do this as then I will get less commision, but she didnt explain me how I should menage my books. She just told me to give people for 1 week, and later give another people. But it means that when I will get delivery I will have to say some of the people that I will deliver book at the later time?!
For example for C9, I have to place an order on 25.05 for the delivery on 29.05. I gave C9 book to 30 people (GroupA) and I am going to collect them on the 16.05, then I will give the same book to 30 more people (groupB). When I will get delivery should I give C10 to group A and say Group B that I will deliver book from C10 in one week time?
Can someone please explain me this one more time?
thank you0 -
Is going into shops on a Saturday a good idea, or am I better trying in the week when it's less busy. I work during the week, so might be hard.0
